The BOD monthly salary bill vs mcap is outrageous.

A company Losing money and a crashed share price should equal a sacking not extravagant pay. It isn't his company to destroy.

JV know money will run out in the end. So prob feet up waiting.

The cornerstone investor only chucked money in to keep the lights on. Otherwise would be bust as no bank would lend the company money.

Bond holders are converting and bailing out with now lower strike.

Its holding up well. But guess bond holders will just sit on the offer. With volume so low all depends how desperate they are to get out. They seem pretty keen!! But no one is buying.

Are they thinking next Rns is Arts slam dunk Consolidation.

It was always going to sell off if all resolutions were passed with no in depth explanation.

Production results weren't great either which didn't help with sentiment.

Like Eazy said ones looking at it can likely work out how poor the BOD are and avoiding at all costs. They have played a blinder so far in misleading trapped investors. Our own fault as we clicked buy!!

Seen many other lifestyle companies (retirement ride for Art on a crazy salary) go down the share consolidation route and ends badly for shareholders.

Proactive won't have Art back on after his 2 interviews back end of last year where he completely mislead shareholders.
Art and Ryan need to go now. Pay themselves ridiculous salaries and bonuses and got the company financially in a terrible state.
Now proposing huge dilution going forward. They need stopping now.

My concern is they will continue to convert and sell heavily on any good news dampening any potential rise.
Now accepting this may never get back to my 0.14p average unless JV saves the day and we can get rid of the rest.

The JV should have no power to tell Copl BOD what they can report to shareholders Especially on production or work over well as its been going on so long now. Think that is just a pi excuse for Art. Shareholders own the company not the JV who owns zero currently. Maybe the JV are flexing their power as want the sp this low as can obviously get a better deal than when we were nearer 20p!! Art's fault.

Not sure what the continued obsession with TW is. Yes he writes negative articles on copl which I've never read but seen snippets on twitter/forums. TW isn't the reason we are at 5.5p. It's the CEO of Copl.
Sadly I got blinkered and topped up after Arts 2 rampy interviews back end of last year. With an average of 14 will take alot now to get back to even break even as have bond holders and law firm with millions of shares that will be selling lower than this average. TW called it right. Art has been missing since those 2 interviews and subsequent 65% sp crash after his Rns. Wakey wakey Art....
