JV - on going discussions. Seems to be dragging. They obv don't like each others terns. JV knows Copl needs funds urgently and want bigger slice for less with mcap of £19m.
If they walk away placing will have to happen!

They post as per where mid is. If above mid its posted as a buy. If below a sell. The mid moves.

But this is irrelevant until ART sorts it out.

It's not 3-1 buys vs sells. LSE report incorrectly as I have explained.

Every buyer is matched with a seller. MMs aren't loading up. Again another fantasy people claim.

MMs couldn't keep it at 7p if they didn't have buyers and sellers at this level.
Everyone got excited earlier with a 50k buy. But obv MMs have sellers to facilitate this.
People need to wake up.

Bilif - Utter rubbish.
Firstly Lse don't report buys and sells correctly as depends where mid is at the time. If above shows as buy, if below shown as sell.
Secondly - stop blaming the MMs. They have share to sell if you want to try and buy. Plenty.
They didn't orchestrate the drop. The Rns did and sellers that tried to get out. It hasn't exactly bounced much from the 5s has it.

Art decided not to come out and try and calm the 65% market drop.
Too many uncertainties still.
No big buyers. No TR1. No institutions
Bond holders converting and selling.
So please look at the CEO for answers instead of blaming everyone else. He is the only one that can move the sp and he did that with his RNS. Now he needs to rectify it.

Shortly Panama....currently NT to buy, MMs playing usual games...Once the momentum starts they won't be able to hold it back and we will rise....Hold tight ;-)

I mean 70 trades is pretty pathetic but just saying volume like this means can't see any news or big news soon.
Traders are even gone. They don't want to be locked in on 6.5-7.5 Range. They scalped in and out the other week with Arts help.

If something was imminent then there would be mysterious buying from people that may have heard from a friend of a friend.....as always ahead of big news in these markets. We haven't seen any of that. No TR1, no institutions. Guess it's a trust thing for the big outfits :-/

Completely agree DC26. How anyone can defend Arts silence since the collapse is beyond me. Even if he pulls a rabbit out the hat the shareholders that put their money in want the CEO to back the company through uncertain times not go radio silent. Especially when "supposedly" emailed some guy on here saying he was surprised with the reaction and 65% drop. If that was true then come out and give reassurance to the market not just 1 guy on an email. Pathetic CEO.

Can people stop blaming TW, Derampers, Fish or who ever else for the current state of the sp. TW actually called it right months ago but its not his fault the sp collapse. The only person at fault is the CEO and Finance Director. So Art and Ryan have got us in this situation. The fact he has remained silent since the 65% drop is disgusting and disrespectful to shareholders.
Posting on a forum or twitter isn't going to make us go up and down with the thin volume we have currently.

The ONLY person that can affect the sp to go higher is Art now. Remember that please.

Dec Rns -
Company has been asked for additional time for the JV Party to present a potential way forward. COPL has agreed to this request and has been recently advised that a potential way forward will be presented by the JV Party in early January 2023.

Also stated they believe internal investigation had been completed. Then sent to senior management to look at.

How much longer do they need. This is the problem when you let one company have total control. Should have opened this up to other potential buyers and give then access to data room. Now if this JV doesn't proceed then will have to go through the whole process with a new interest which will again take months which we dont have.
Has the recent Rns and sp collapse meant they have gone back with new terms as know copl are in a tricky financial position.

Art where are you. Silence is not acceptable now.
