63k buy obv came from someone or people selling 63k so not sure how that would kick start anything.
We need an Rns on an RBL or JV with Good Terms for shareholders or going to keep drifting as people lose patience and trust in BOD.

Same posts from both camps repeating views.
Only one that can change this one way or another is Art.
Put everyone out their misery one way or another please Art instead of saying everything progressing.
Then not actually getting anything signed and sealed. 11 odd trading days now left in November.

Well where is the Term sheet. Discussions with 3 banks so far have not materialised in a deal that he thought that would happen in October. Feels to me like can't agree on terms that are favourable for Copl.
JV approached Copl guess want x% for x amount of money etc. Art likely doesn't like the terms and put forward his own. Back and forth.
Stalemate so far.

I hope he does agree terms so alot of shareholders who have bought at these levels can make money, sell and move on. Currently alot are stuck with holding.

Needs mega news to even get back to 20! Shocking. If terms for an Rbl or JV aren't good then going to be a very long hold to move sp higher. That's if all parties can even agree on any. Assume why taking so long. Guessing banks know he needs it desperately. JV knows Copl need alot of help. So both will be aggressive on their respective terms I'm guessing.

Some came on board i guess for a quick trade maybe with Arts ramping in 2 interviews of October rockets which never materialised. Half way through Nov now. Tick tock

Sounds like the Banks and JV partner are playing hard ball and squeezing Copl BOD as know they desperately need them aswell as the extra resources to get this operation flying!

The rocket probably has a flat battery by now with how long we seem to wait for Art and his team to produce shareholder value! Can't see Rns today moving it much.

Very rare for trading to be suspended.
Not like insider traders are buying it as if news was about to land it would move up not down!
Its going down as people don't trust Art and can't keep blaming shorters or derampers. Need to start pointing the finger at BOD especially finance guy on 400k a year to get something over the line. Then maybe we can strap ourselves in!
