Why are the bond holders so desperate to get out! That's my main concern. As as soon as they convert they slam the bid. But volume is so low with no decent news the market can't handle it.

More than likely go into the 2's today. This is a shocking BOD.

Eazy. Art has said and promised alot of things over the last 6 months. Some of it needs to come true as so far nothing he has said has. Rns' full of things that haven't materialised which is why sp is 3p.

My concern is the funds. Yes you say we can use more draw downs but this will be at a huge cost to current shareholders. That is if the pre arranged plans are still in agreement with mcap of only 12m now. That will be one huge dilution if it came to it.

Yes there is oil but costs of getting it out seem to be going up and up. Copl are a minnow and won't have never ending funds to plough in.

Yes many twists and turns could happen for Copl on a positive side.

$7m doesn't last long if big work is required or new machines/parts to fix issues. Copl have hit issue after issue. Could be smooth sailing from now on or more rocky waters.

Current sp of 3p is the concern. Bond holders bailing constantly is the concern for shareholders.

But Art sits back. Not seen him on camera since the pre Yr end interviews x 2 ramping big time. Now where is he.

Most Ceo's would be out there facing it. With a duty of care to shareholders.

They are spending money fixing issues and on huge salaries vs what is coming in.

So likely to run out of money again. Will the bond holders bail us out again. If so will be on outrageous terms.

No banks so far have wanted to lend us funds. 4 banks were in the running including one that we deal with on a daily basis. None have so far offered us funds.

So when cash burn continues it is a question of how or can copl raise more funds. Big question.

May do 100% from this level if JV lands. Some need a 10 bagger. That isn't happening.

He can't just suspend the share. Art caused this drop and has done nothing to stop it dropping so not going to just suspend.

The JV is waiting for Copl to come to an end as it burns through all its cash trying to get oil out the ground.

Even if JV does land and we rise 100% it only gets us to 7p! The JV terms will likely have changed dramatically as the company mcap is 15m.

The crude up % was great one yesterday. So crude up 2 days in a row and copl down 15%.

Copl need to actually get the oil out the ground for people to take notice or for it to move higher with oil prices.

JV. Well who knows where we are in negotiations. Stalemate with a deal or close. Art has history of this behaviour as someone posted earlier.

JV could be in no rush and sitting there until we copl is on its knees Financially then fire sale but shareholders always last to be paid.

Just seems a nervous/worrying time if bond holders are selling at any price and with low volume trying to find a way out. Why they in such a hurry?

Everyone talks about the billions of oil in the ground. You need to get it out. Copl seem to be burning cash trying various ways to get it out. We havent got an endless pot like these majors or the man power I'm guessing.

So if Art can't get this JV signed and sealed could be a disaster for shareholders

Rampers need to take a good look in the mirror. Some been on here a long time ramping in 30s and above. How much do you get paid to come on daily. Now In 3s. Are you trying to help get the bond holders out as they seem in a hurry.
