Speel. Shares in issue in June 2020 vs shares going to be in issue once all bonds and interest payments are converted which seems to every week. The longer the 5 day average stays here the more interest payment shares hit the market. Could be over 2bn/2.5bn shares in issue eventually. So can't see it ever getting back to 42p.

I'm here for the JV. That Art keeps promising. If doesn't hsppen copl can't do it alone and I stand by my points.

Eazy all I want to see now is a JV. I feel this is the only way the company can move forward and is a positive for shareholders.

I really don't want to see us draw down on 20m. Terms would likely be bad for shareholders at these levels.

Is it confirmed the senior lenders are still happy to lend. Things have changed. Mcap 10m now. Be interested to know that. But doubt we will get updated.

Promised term sheet in last yr and Jan. Can't see one coming back to copl. Banks rates spiked and maybe weren't Comfortable lending to copl. 4 Banks. Seems odd not 1 tern sheet. Then went down the bond Road. Had to go back to bond holders again during the going concern. Where were the banks then.

So pretty likely imo but not fact. We will never know Eazy like with most things to do with Copl.

It costs huge money to get the oil out.

Copl don't have huge amounts of money. So catch 22. Banks won't lend to copl. 4 banks which they talk about with term sheets no where to be seen. I very much doubt bond holders are going to give more but if they do its going to dilute most out.

Art even said this is too big. Which it is.

We are burning money for improvements to get the production higher. Likely need more funds going forward if no JV.

So JV is essential to develop this project imo.

Surprised not seen a TR1 buyer. That would help if a solid institution.

But all depends on the actions of the CEO now. He needs to start releasing more regular comms to keep outsiders looking in. He owes it to his shareholders.

Miles he doesn't seem to care about shareholders or the sp which is pretty suspicious. As any other CEO out there would have come out fighting or keep comms regular via RNS to try keep confidence up. He has done neither sadly. He has shown no duty of care to shareholders of the company.

He even got himself a huge pay rise and huge bonus. Again utterly disgraceful. Look at the sp graph over 2022 not sure that deserves either of those rewards.

But no one knows why he has acted like this and still remains CEO. If the job is too tough for him he should resign but the monthly pay cheques are too juicy.

It all balances on a JV. If no JV then they will need to raise funds but the banks won't lend to them and the bond holders seem angry with the BOD so there was a 7m they could get but whether that is still on the table with mcap of 10m I don't know but at these levels who massively dilute the company even more.

Go and listen to the 2 interviews he did with pro active at the end of last year and you will see he completely lied on everything he said. Sp was 19p odd then. Lots bought in on the basis of what he said.

Maybe go and have a listen to them.

I don't think pro active will have him back on.

But if you are in for a punt. Then risk/reward at this level should be in your favour.

Unless they need to raise more funds. Or consolidate.

Just have to wait for these bond holders who are obviously not happy to clear. Just need sp higher as these interest payments are adding heavily each time to the shares in issue when they get them on 5 day average.
