Justice - no one on here has any clue what the revenue figures are, that much is evident from reading quite frankly a lot of needy paranoid posts from whining short term shorters and traders. I don’t know and you don’t know what the revenue position is, but I’m not going around stating my speculation as a fact.

What I do know is that every single partner we’ve contracted with, plus Bitso has done due diligence on the company and decided it’s worth making a deal. There is no reason whatsoever anyone has put forward yet why Bitso a multibillion pound crypto company would do a load of due diligence on Mobile Streams, found it was a lifestyle company with minimal revenue and an amateur BOD just looking to get off another raise, and then think ‘ah never mind we’ll do a deal anyway and throw a launch party for it as well’. You know that doesn’t make sense and so does everyone else on here.

I posited that my opinion is that Bitso could be a likely buyer for MOS in the long term. That’s still my opinion.

The TR1 holder who has supported the company from its inception, continued to buy in even as the price has gone down, attended the AGMs, helped support the company’s PR efforts, and has admitted to holding until the company’s end game of a buy out benefitting all shareholders

So when you say that you’re protecting any new investors etc. do you genuinely think anyone actually believes a word you say or gives it any credibility?

if he’s holding for a recovery to trade it then there’d be absolutely no purpose in his hourly ****ging off the company. if he genuinely thinks mos is the best vehicle to regain any losses incurred so far then again there’d be no logic to the constant criticism of the company. by retaining his holding here, he is tacitly admitting mos is the best place for his money to be, if it wasn’t he could sell up and put his money in any single other share at any point.

Systemic - what you seems to have missed is that MOS already looks credible to Bitso hence the exclusivity deal at no cost to MOS. Bit outfits like Bitso don’t just blindly sign deals with micro caps and then see later if they’re a legit outfit. They’ll have done due diligence on MOS as part of the deal and liked what they’ve seen otherwise why would they be interested?

Who is going to buy MOS guzzler? That’s an absolute head scratcher, who could possibly know? There’s been zero hint in the public domain of any company who might have similar interested in sector and geography.

Danny - Guzzler’s MO is to get angry and abusive whenever a positive case is put forward for MOS. He wants an echo chamber so he and his shorting crew can dominate the BB with their endless catastrophising propaganda. As soon as there’s a positive post anywhere he’s on it in a flash trying to undermine whoever has posted it. Just a greedy shorter. He’ll be busy over the next few months though.

City, in my view I think the mcap is irrelevant in the short term here. It may well go up once a few more people twig to the relationship between rising revenues and the NFT drops but I doubt it’s of any real concern to anyone at MOS (except for options). MOS expanded into digital art, sold out drops for F1 and Gabby Lopez immediately, picked up Cadiz fan tokens, and signed a deal with a multibillion pounds crypto exchange. None of this moved the SP which means either none of that has any value (clearly not true) or there’s a mismatch between the market and the company’s value.

The real prize here is the valuation that any potential buyer will put on the company. The platform, the data, the existing market reach and penetration, the existing and future contracts, the Heroes NFT Club brand. People really need to ask themselves why Bitso would want to partner with a 10 mill mcap firm under an exclusivity deal and throw a launch party for it.

That Krunch acquisition Guzzler is always knocking the BOD for may be the most valuable thing the company has ever done.

The amount of windows the BOD can actually buy shares in is probably extremely limited in MOS. It’s been RNS after RNS recently and there’s probably a whole pipeline of stuff lined up. There’ll be limitations as to when they can buy without insider knowledge.

Getting more and more desperate guzzler as you know the game is up. Hope you closed your shorts. Please tell us again how a strategic acquisition that has led to an exclusive deal with a multi billion dollar company is bad for MOS.
