RachT, I love your commitment trying to explain their folly but I feel it is outside their intellectual capacity to grasp it.

It reminds me very of the Ricky Gervais quote “When you’re dead, you don’t know you’re dead. It is only painful for others. The same applies when you’re stupid”

With March GL shareholders with 14m shares ready to sell and warrants ready to dilute stock at $5 it’s hard to see them GLND getting to $5 pre drill.

Ex March GL shareholders now able to sell GLnD shares as of yesterday. Not sure of logic allowing them to sell day before placing but regardless the SP would have fallen below placing so I guess no harm done other than the buyers thinking they were picking up a bargain and market makers who probably ended up with excess stock at significant loss.

ThinkEquity must be confident that they can place these shares, they aren’t underwriting, best case but given they want to make money I assume they have done their due diligence.

Closing price of GLnD today and tomorrow should be good indication of direction of 80m SP.

LS/RP stated in twitter interview (20th April) that $2m was raised from March GL/Greenland shareholders and $11m from PELI.

I don't understand why you are saying the drills are funded.

Can you explain why you believe GLND are they are fully funded?

We will find out in 2/3 days whether GLND are successful in their $70m raise - if they are then 80M SP will rise initially back to 1.30p, then up to and around 2p from now until October (with a few ups and downs on the way).

I don’t understand the reason you feel it necessary to post endless waffle and not just post the crux of your argument. Is it your hope that if you make your posts hard to decipher and open to interpretation you can point to it in future and say you predicted this?

As I understand it.

- helium 3 is very rare and valuable. Jameson geology doesn’t suggest it would support helium 3 in any commercial quantities

- helium 4 is much more commercial, more abundant and more likely in jamerson and may be found as by product when drilling for oil. That said, helium 4 has not, to my knowledge been the driving factor in Jameson because the CoS is less than oil drilling.

- NONE of these things, Helium or Oil can be found without drilling. FACT. Pulsar has identified a cleaner way to identify helium-3 but still requires drilling to extract sample.

As I’ve said previously, welcome all input but seems to me your postings more in hope than actual knowledge. Obviously you will get loads of ticks for suggesting upside and I will get abused for trying to understand the reality.

Please prove me wrong by articulating your point more concisely so everyone of understand your reasoning.

You see to be indicating that the reserves are proven.

I suggest you read up on what unrisked means.

You also refer to shorts. Is anyone shorting 80m? Seems a straight binary bet.

1) funding confirmed, 2p

2) funding delayed to next year, 0.3-0.6p

The other thing you keep referring to RNS that $148m valuation, again I think you need to to educate yourself,

This isn’t a conventional company with proven cashflows, pre drill funding, them same prospect was valued at £2.75m, it is the commitment to drill that makes it valuable, not some set in stone valuation. The valuation will emerge as the likelihood of a drill improves.

Finally, you refer to a dark pool transaction of 16m shares as if it is some proof that the are forces at work, in monetary terms that £160k, peanuts, it’s a nothing trade.

The other point this presentation raises is independence of Rod M. A point also raised by RachT.

Ashton and I had online discussion on this when I suggested he was effectively gifted these shares as part of joining March GL board. Given the shareholders of March GL contributed $2m to acquire 20m shares (10cents per share) it’s hard to argue that RM has purchased these at market price (which would have been $10 at time of acquiring these).

RM shares value in GLND (circa $11m) is higher than 80m (circa £4.5m)

My question would be on what basis has he earnt right to 1.84m shares AND given the value is greater than his 80m holding, how can we be certain he makes decisions in interest of 80m and not GLND shareholders.

I realise I will be shot as the messenger but someone needs to ask these difficult questions because if you don’t call to task the directors of these companies then you allow all shareholders to be walked over.

If I have this wrong and there is nothing to be concerned about the happy to accept I got it wrong.

LS : that’s correct, we have a 30 day lock in before we sell our shares. We plan to sell as soon as they reach $10 as that will give us a 100 bagger, no risk. Brilliant hey

LS : too risky, most drills come up dry. But you should hang around. This is the best investment since Noah was given out free seats.

The second part of the recording is a 'paid for by GLND' section with Larry and RP talking about this opportunity.

It starts at 35minutes.

The bit Vik was referring to starts at 59mins.

Its quite interesting, but not sure I'm convinced, Larry says he could make a call tomorrow and get this financed but he wants to 'give the opportunity to the investing public'. So people like Larry, RP and RM collectively put in $2m into March GL and got a company valued at $200m (at $10 share) now want to give the opportunity to the public, righty-o. The thing with juniors is the first drills are the biggest risk until the hit commercial oil, and nobody ponies up $60m on a 5-1 shot, thats why Juniors are so hard to finance. Yes he could sell it, but he doesn't get to do that and keep $200m valuation 9their share).

Also, the financing is clear from this - they have $13m in funding ($11m SPAC + $2m invested) - so they are $27m short for first drill.

This is really becoming obsessive, plus your blocking a more constructive conversations we could have on 80M - lets try and get you back on track.

Now, we have already established your not the sharpest tool in the box, so let me explain in simple terms.

There are people who buy shares then talk up the price, they then sell at higher price, to make a profit - Rampers

There are people who sell the shares short then talk the share down so they can buy back at a lower price, to make a profit - Trolls

There are people who buy shares and invest in its long term future, in the belief they will sell at some point in time, to make a profit - Investors

There are variances of the above ofcourse, but as a general rule people buy or sell shares, to make a profit - most people of average intelligence understand this.

You believe there is a fourth category of people, who don't buy or sell, they just post messages.

You don't think this theory needs a bit more work ? I would have loved to have seen their faces when you applied for the School debating team. Speechless I would imagine.

I have sold the additional stock I picked up yesterday as there seems to be a lot of selling which concerns me. No price offered for 1m and 2m I offloaded.

I still have fully de-risked position and will look to top up should I see a good opportunity.

My understanding is RachT is swing trader, she has stated this a number of times she trades spikes, and earlier today she said “I am expecting a fresh entry point to present itself soon.”, so we can assume she doesn’t have position now but will trade into one when she sees an opportunity to make money.

I think we’re all here to make money, I don’t believe anyone is posting on this BB because they are bored.

Daily volumes.

Fourth highest day since listing. Circa $18m consideration, so much higher than prior days but not huge in terms of market cap.

Small volumes move this SP as we saw from prior days (price moved down from 8.30 to 5.84) so it is open to manipulation.

Small caps tend to move news so hopefully that is reason and not anything surreptitious.

Strange that GLND publishes “news” on “placement in an editorial published” but not important things like $70m placement. No news anywhere, just one of us spotting S-1.

Hopefully the GLNd SP rise is indication of positive progress.

My only concern is Buzz and Vik have turned up with there usual MM’s are after your shares….. buy now before it’s too late - might be another pump and dump - too late to sell lol
