Second point, regarding uplift. I’m no expert so I did a bit of digging. Uplift can be negative, I’m not saying it isn’t, however, not an issue if following are true;

1. Seal survives

→ hydrocarbons stay trapped

2. Re-migration occurs

→ hydrocarbons escape old traps but get caught in new ones

3. timing is favourable

→ gas/oil generated after uplift, not before

Further there are lots of examples where there were successful finds even with uplift.

North Sea (especially UK Central/Northern North Sea)

* field : Buzzard Field

Barents Sea

* Classic uplifted basin—arguably more extreme than Jameson Land

* Field : Johan Castberg

Western Canada Sedimentary Basin

* Significant uplift along basin margins

* Field : Pembina Field

So in summary, we won’t know until we drill.

Does CoS go down, maybe it does but we know this is a lottery - does it change things that significantly is the question.

You raise an interesting point about GLND acquiring 80m or even remaining 30% of Jameson. I noticed in fundraising that says money can be used for acquisitions, at the time I thought it strange but just put it down to covering all bases.

I realise that many people on this board are hoping Jameson will create a 80m multi-bagger but I would be up for offloading 30% of remains Jameson. With drilling in place, must be worth £80m. You could do a lot with that to develop 80m other assets.

Problem is of course, GLND don’t have spare £80m and if they did I’m sure they would prefer to keep it as insurance should first two drills not give necessary results

With reference to GLND SP - I’m inclined to think the key shareholders indicating they may sell 14m shares, plus the the potential additional 16.25m warrants that will convert to shares should price go above $5 is going to keep price low for foreseeable future. I still believe 80m will go to 1.3-1.4 in near term and once HV shareholders have sold their shares (I believe they are eligible in Jun) I expect SP to kick on. IMO

GLND Shares outstanding updated to 42.41m

Original shares o/s = 26.16

So 42.41 - 26.16 =16.25m

So they raised $65m (out of target $70m target) minus fees. This is great result all things considered.

I think there are four possible outcomes to drilling.

1) No commercial oil

2) Not commercial / but potential - as in not commercial here but may find oil if you drill more

3) Commercial discovery - move to appraisal well.

4) Large discovery - move to development phase

Trying to find number of shares placed. If you look at GLNDW on google finance and go to statistics it says number “float” is 17.19m. If that is correct then out 17.5m In think that represents a very good outcome.

Shares outstanding on GLND still showing 26.16m so not yet reflected.

Do you think if there was a secret organisation trying to take over the world and there number one aim to buy 80m for peanuts by suppressing news, adjusting trade volumes, creating fake moon news, suppress valuations etc etc conspiracy theory blah blah

Secret Org could have picked up 50% GLnD this week for $4 share and I’m pretty certain they could buy out 80m for £150m. Would seem to be pocket change for org set on world domination lol

Financial technology provider Broadridge (NYSE:BR) beat Wall Street’s revenue expectations in Q1 CY2026, with sales up 7.8% year on year to $1.95 billion. Its non-GAAP profit of $2.72 per share was 4.4% above analysts’ consensus estimates.

Fantastic quarter for BR only to see SP drop 5%.

I guess sentiment remains against this sector but this is a fantastic company that will be one of the winners from AI.

As I have said on numerous occasions, the board is better for two way discussion. If you actually read my posts you will see that I said on balance I thought the fundraising would be successful. I was wrong about the announcement, I guess I’m used to UK where all price sensitive information MUST be released by RNS before it can be released piecemeal via other outlets.

I can say for certain if I disagree with somebody on this board I will continue to raise it questions, somethings I will get wrong, just like the more bullish get it wrong, that’s what debating is all about. I have money invested in 80m, some may consider my investment substantial, some may not - it is substantial for me and I intend to do everything possible to safeguard that investment even if it means upsetting a few people along the way.

As I said, this could just as easily be a push for fundraising. Why would you announce the success in an interview that very few people watch? Just release an equivalent RNS. Your acting like this is a news channel, last time I watched there were circa 100 people, there are better ways to announce positive news if you want a positive SP reaction, one man and his dog watching YouTube isn’t it.

Happily, as I have done on numerous occasions.

Pre-dill this will be just under 2p. This is based on valuations of similar frontier drills prior to drilling.

Confirmation of funding will see this return to 1.3-1.4p range in short term, there will be some sales in June (HV shares I suspect) but should see steady rise from 1.3 to circa 2p as milestones are reached towards drilling - if no delays.

Post drill is a lottery.

So this will be third interview with his best mate with 12 followers - hardly national news is it.

Given the title isn’t “announcing successes funding” and the company ThinkEquity who are responsible for funding haven’t put out an announcement then this interview is just as likely to be about RPs haemorrhoids.

I tend to agree with your statement, the next couple days can’t be underestimated.

Trying to put my emotions aside and thinking logically I believe the fundraise will be successful enough to move forward with drill this year. Probably won’t raise full $70m but enough. The rational behind this conclusion is the discount to $4 is significant enough that PI’s could be enticed and it’s in the interest of the key stakeholders for this to succeed. If it doesn’t succeed their holdings are going to sub $1 and the whole enterprise is dead in the water.

The worrying part for me has always been the statement that key shareholders have indicated they will sell their shares - this for me is the number one reason why raise will fail, after all, why would you buy into a company where key people seemed to be willing to to get out pre-drill. Hardly a a winning endorsement. Part of me hopes that the significant sales on Monday were for the good of the venture, proceeds to be used to support the price over next few days or maybe to re-invest back into the raise. Wishful thinking I suspect.

So I’m holding, not adding but will be watching both SP’s keenly. The leaky ship bluejay normally gives it away so GLND below $3 is not a good look but above $3 is ok. Should 80m breakthrough current support that it is currently anchored to then this bad. Failed fundraiser and this is going to 0.6p then all the way down to 0.3p. Given Disko and Jameson are tied to RP means only positive RNS from HV will save us should fundraise fail.

I remain optimistic, but will be watching both stocks like a hawk.

Let’s discuss facts, not conjecture.

I called out early April that GLND didn’t have means to fund the first two drills. Much abuse followed and it still does. The fact that it was and remains underfunded, as was clearly spelt out when LS said they only had $13m funds.

Secondly, the last time the ramping crew were active to full two weeks, you and your buddies were busy ticking them up while I was warning they are ramping the price to offload their positions, and a negative RNS would follow, which it did in form of GLND funding request. While you were busy defending the ramping crew, private investors bought on that sentiment and are now sitting on losses.

I am long 80m and have been since bluejay, but why does it matter ? If people have a point, bull or bear, read it and discount it. Ignore at your peril.
