I sincerely hope that there's an announcement out of the blue soon that'll finally put all our concerns to rest. At this stage we should be talking about contracts, metrics, manufacturing etc not whether we'll still be in existence in the near future.

The manipulation of this share is nothing short of criminal. The AFC BOD should show some loyalty to us long term shareholders who have funded this company at much higher prices, and at the very least notify us that they aren't aware of any reason why the SP sinking as fast as my faith in a return any time soon. And if John Rennocks investment vehicle turns out to be funding the next placing then alarm bells should be sounded. I'm also emailing AFC.

..assuming that AFC shuts down just before Christmas. Why do I get that deja vous feeling! So much promised news, and time running away quickly. C'mon AFC it's now or never!

Should hear the final decision on Dunsfold tomorrow or Thursday. Approval might prompt an RNS from AFC in respect of the power requirement for the project.

being filmed at Guildford next Thursday night. I wonder if there'll be a mention of the Dunsfold park project if the go ahead is given next Wednesday/Thursday?

Q4 starts tomorrow...lots of expected news awaits...the share price could be 50p or 5p by Q1 2019!!

Hadn't seen that Mucksy. The share price slump has to coincide with a forthcoming placing, and at this price there'll have to be quite a few million shares placed on offer in order to raise sufficient funds to see AFC ok until revenue is sufficient.

Testing of 'off grid' power generation processes will take place at Dunsfold in Q4 so there might be news on this, but you're right not specifically Alkammonia, but potentially Alkammonia?

As with the last couple of years we've been promised much and are waiting for Q4 for the promises to be delivered:
- Southern Contract
- Dunsfold news
- Alkammonia news
- Manufacturing News/contracts
- De Nora/ AFC integrated product news
- PLACE news

If news is delivered on all the above projects then faith will be restored in the AFC board and the share price should recover somewhat.
if another year passes with failed promises, along with the anticipated fund raise, we may be looking at the end.

Would Southern sign a contract without the product first being announced as meeting PLACE? This would appear a risk unless the contract contains a caveat to that effect.
Also it seems the wrong way round to announce your first contract without having announced who your manufacturing contracts are with. Any product managers out there who can share their thoughts? Could the next RNS confirm AFC's manufacturing partners I wonder?

Thank you MF99 for the buys v sells figures. At least there seemed to be more buys than sells today. Lets see if there's news next week or was it just market manipulation.
Must admit I'm tempted to buy at this price but fed up of the manipulation which seems to exist no matter how much progress AFC are making.

Does anyone know what the buys v sells was today? Difficult probably due to the smoke and mirrors on some transactions.
Really had enough of this depressed share. Lanstead, Linc Energy and now Tim Yeo...what the hell next, plague of frogs, flies and grasshoppers!

No movement in share price today, the market seems unimpressed and has chosen to ignore the potential networking opportunities being in this club may bring.
I'm not looking at this RNS with disappointment due to it not being what we wanted, rather, as an additional unexpected bonus to add to the expected RNS's between now and the year end.
AFC have a seat at the big boys table...just need a big boy product and contract to back it up now.

Sounds promising as "producing several million gallons of water per day" sounds like alot of fuel cells!

My immediate thoughts were that it is referring to DeNora but it does state an "unnamed European Water treatment company" and De Nora are mentioned earlier in the article?

I just noticed the following article:
The AIM-listed firm also kicked off co-development activities with an unnamed European water technology company to power an off-grid drinking water supply and was now able to move ahead with its residential fuel cell programme at Dunsfold Park in the UK after the construction of 1,800 new homes was given the green light.

Must admit I hadn't previously seen the part about co-development with a European water tech company. Is this referring to De Nora?

This share price never ceases to amaze me. How low can it go?

I was invested in Billam Plc many years ago prior to them re-naming to Energiser Investments. I had a relatively small holding but am trying to find out if shares in Billam Plc were transferred to the new company, and if so does anyone know what ratio was used e.g. 10 Billam shares = 1 Energiser share?

It's hard not to compare Q4 2018 to Q4 2017 and 2016 where all our hopes are pinned on the promises of our Chief Executive going into the last few months of the year. AFC can't afford not to deliver this time, and with money running down, we'll literally be a penny share if it's more 'fake news'.Now that the technical collaboration with De Nora is bearing fruit, and the milestone 4 year electrode longevity is within reach, I believe that the proverbial ducks are lining up both technically and commercially. On the bright side too, the last 2 years delay has enabled myself to double my holding, which I'm sure I'll be happy about in the long run.

The Half Year Results stated:
Continued material improvement in electrode longevity under the Joint Development Agreement with De Nora now evidencing electrode lives of at least two years;

The report was stating highlights up to 30th April 2018 so 3 months later we could be close to 3 years longevity?
