Again, Many thanks to the investors who have provided invaluable field intelligence! Having attended the last AGM I know what a long day it is especially for those travelling for many hours to get there. Having finally seen a finished product the wait must have been worthwhile.
As I've said before it was unlikely that we would see orders this week based on nothing more than pictures and product designs and info. Now, and in January, customers will get the personal treatment from AFC and be able to see for themselves what a game changing product they are buying. Orders will soon follow.

Even if those of you attending don't get any more information it looks as though you might at least get a nice AFC goodeybag! Wonder what will be in it? A christmas card with AB in a Santa's outfit delivering our first contract on a EV charged sleigh!!

At least the video doesn't appear to be found on the Planet Auto website.

Were those the same Koreans in todays video that were pictured many moons ago opening the extension to AFC's unit? :-)

Maybe another question for someone to ask tomorrow? It looked to me on the video that AB and John Rennock's didn't really seem to know who she was or what she was doing! Not really an endorsement of the video and they should have reviewed it before it was uploaded to You Tube.

AFC's product launch couldn't be timed better!

Hi BB, only from what AB said on the Proactive Investor interview about working with Rolec on a roadshow, and that they expected to hold demos at various Rolec customers' sites. That statement on face value could mean that we might not hear about contracts until the customers have seen the demonstration, gone away and gone over the business case, then confirm their intentions. Hopefully customers will have been proactive and already been in contract discussions prior to the demonstration. However, it's not the end of the world if there are no RNS's for contracts or electrode warranties in the next few days.

AFC appear to be positioning EV charger demonstration units with Rolec partners prior to the roll out and supply for contracts, which makes sense, as whilst this product has been over 10 years in the making, I'd still want to see one working in a commercial environment before buying. I guess some expectations have to be reigned in a bit if an RNS doesn't materialise this week, though I wouldn't expect to have to wait long for orders once customers have seen it in action.

On a more serious note, is there a possibility that a De Nora warranty is included in this rise, as the product launch is all but confirmed, and a warranty would be expected before any sales?

After one of the AGM's a few years ago just after the JV with De nora started, someone who had attended posted on here that the suits commented "The warranty is key! The warranty is key!"

After such a meteoric week it might be time for the SP to take a breather. We're at a point of resistance atm, so maybe some consolidation before more news and the next leg up in a week or two.
There's no knowing with this share at the moment though and could just as easily smash through resistance int the 20's. Better than worrying about going below 3.5pence!

WOW!! Never a dull day here at the moment. A good steady increase on recent good news, then up nearly 4p on momentum only...or leaked news? Historically over the last couple of years this spike would normally be followed by a sharp retrace. However, it seems that with so much expected news still to come that anyone bailing out at 13p is taking a gamble and could be sorry if this continues to rise up to and maybe past the EV roadshow date.
Have been here since 2010 and am not going to sell any now as really believe our time has come.

Does JR's share purchase mean that there won't be news of De Nora's warranty in the next 30 days or so? Perhaps the demonstration unit doesn't require a warranty so they'll wait until the new year to release the warranty news, ahead of news of any contracts.
Also good to see JR finally investing in AFC. He took a lot of criticism at the AGM and on this board and could have bought in the 4p-5p region. Credit for that.

Great week for AFC this week and the disappointment of hearing at the AGM that multi MW stationary projects are no longer priority seems a long time ago. Great to see this weeks RNS informing all that we have a suite of products which can now be showcased in the new website launch. The share price is starting to recover (even though there still seems to be a seller with their foot on the the brake) and we can look forward to hopefully at least 3 more RNS's before Christmas. We could potentially have a signed contract within weeks for EV chargers but certainly by Q1 2020.
The main thing I would like more clarity on is Thalion's involvement as I don't like the secrecy, but on the whole congratulations have to go to all at AFC (and De Nora) for finally producing a market leading commercial product, the potential of which is enormous. It's SOOOO good to see my ISA value looking much healthier, though still a bit off break even!

But if the share price has been going down whilst shares have been dumped, shouldn't it work the other way and start going up when there's been a few million purchased recently. Maybe I'm over simplifying it by thinking of it like a see-saw.

The last few days has seen more buying than selling yet the share price hasn't moved. So how can the lack of movement be solely blamed on this mysterious seller?

December is when the EV charger demonstration has been touted, but not necessarily any contracts. The latest RNS confirms that commercial sales contact has been initiated with EV operators. Hopefully they are keen for immediate orders.
