Interested to know what the rush was to get ATM floated given that we are nearly two months in and there has been no additional information or apparent progress?

Yes I have used it and it is very effective. I can see why the trial group raved about it. I am not a PE sufferer and of course sympathise with anyone who is, it can cause a lot of anger and frustration in relationships. As I commented before if you are not a sufferer then you may find the dosage a little too effective so may want to limit to 1 or 2 sprays. £20 is a bargain. Although this serves a very real medical need from the early days of investing in PLE I always saw the mass market for this as recreational, similar to Viagra. Put the two together and you have a winning combination.

Just remember that his site is 95% about bashing and 5% promoting the stocks that he holds. Also if he falls out with someone, that's it, it's a grudge for life and anything that person then does in any future company will be bashed. He continually lays in to another investment I hold quoting a mysterious "top city broker" who quotes figures out of context for dramatic effect. The most recent being trying to scare people into believing an accounting impairment for a spun off asset is cash burn! Still that share is making fantastic progress on its platforms and is up 650% this year despite his bashing, whilst many of the stocks he tips are down!

@Kev - Fortune isn't the CEO of AfriTin so whilst I share your faith in the man himself his influence here is going to be more limited now the company has demerged. This is only a good thing to be honest as we require his full attention with BMN and Bushveld Energy going forward. AfriTin and the new board need to stand on their own two feet. It is unfortunate that the outcome for AfriTin so far post demerger has effectively reduced value rather than realise it (based on current BMN/ATM pricing), but let's see where we are early 2018.

Clearly trying to place �20 - �25m at current prices is going to be near impossible and see existing PI's diluted to a fraction of a penny so there needs to be another route here. I would hope they could get some leverage once ongoing smaller scale production is achieved to take it to the next level. The main question on timing is given we already know there is pilot production (as confirmed in the BMN annual report) what is the envisaged time scale between now, intermediate steps (continuous pilot and small commercial) and full commercial maximum capacity. Hopefully one can grow quite nicely into the next and minimise dilution, although I would be expecting at least 1bn+ shares in issue as we approach full commercial production. Of course this is just my opinion at this stage.

Any thoughts on the �25m to get into commercial production? I assume the 12 months "fully funded" requirement for IPO therefore only refers to administration and known ongoing costs, and the dilution we experienced was to buy out Uis only. So as things stand (although yet to be formally announced) we now own the full percentage (85?) of Uis? Commercial production using the existing pilot plant is going to raise 2m (p.a?) but we need �25m to get to full capacity production. Is there any possible chance we leverage this 12.5:1 to raise the �25m needed for the full plant or are we looking at a massive placing on the way? I had expected a placing and said so before the demerger, but I thought this would be for Uis purchase only and we would be using the Erongo refurbished plant. In the end this ended up being part of the IPO which is fine. That another �25m is needed near term is a surprise and I share the earlier concern that Beaufort have been bought on board given their history. Thoughts welcome.

They spun me the same line about 30th November late yesterday by copy and pasting the previous announcement until I replied with the record, demerger and admission to trading dates. The "Corporate Action Team" then said they would be allocated today.
