Well from BMN perspective there was reduced production due to a kiln repair and maintenance period, however that maintenance also helped the upgrade plan.

For a JM show no doubt the expectation is that there is good representation there from all the companies he is invested in. If a company is off-target there should be board representation to reassure investors and provide a compelling turnaround case to potential new investors. If a company is on-target there should be board representation to sing from the rooftops how well the company is doing and provide a compelling growth case to potential new investors. Either way, there should be board representation. I cannot speak for previous years but for the last two years, there has been none.

In 2017 Dr Mike was at Master Investor on behalf of Plethora Solutions, so absolutely right he should be there. In 2018 Dr Mike was at Master Investor on behalf of Regent Pacific alongside a gentleman from Regent Pacific which if I recall correctly was from the accounting side. Now as the primary investment of Regent Pacific is Plethora Solutions then it is absolutely right Dr Mike should be there to talk about that aspect of the business. However as Dr Mike is not on the board and Jim Mellon is darting around doing meet and greets and presentations etc, not specific to Regent Pacific, I have to ask the question why there was no-one from the board at the stand. Other stands at the show have board members there and it seems the norm, particularly for smaller operations (in terms of staff numbers) is for the CEO to be at the stand singing the virtues of the company. After all from an investment perspective if the board are not prepared to be represented what message does that send to potential investors? What are they trying to hide? My honest opinion? Jamie Gibson doesn't want to attend the show because he knows the flak he will get from UK investors asking very difficult questions he has no answers for.

Well that sucks. There wasn't anything price sensitive there, just confirmation of what they are doing and that they are also unhappy with the share price.

It's possible Killerpidgeon but I think increasingly unlikely given that BMN are minority holders in ATM and they have their own capital needs to meet for expansion (mine and brownfield) and building the electrolyte plant. If this capital raise was needed a few years down the line it might be a different story as there would be more spare cash available. ATM needs to stand on its own two feet and raise its own capital rather than relying on BMN which has its hands full with its own business building. One of the drivers behind spinning off ATM was to create a focussed company and no doubt remove some distractions from BMN and their Vanadium ambitions. However I am sure some of the new expertise coming into BMN in terms of finance may filter down to ATM later on. If a capital raise is coming for ATM my heart says that it could be a friendly corporate/partner loan from BMN but my head says it will be dilution as that appears to be the mining standard (and no doubt another cycle of convertables/warrants to drag price appreciation). The appointment of Novum only adds weight to a capital raise. I just hope that our CEO follows the BMN example in minimising dilution where possible.

A CEO that presides over continued delays, negotiations that are taking years with it seems little progress, poor PR, poor quality documents and a very poor share price. I can't.

There is a definite disconnect between the Plethora subsidiary and Regent Pacific. The former try their best but the latter seem to try very little. I was very interested by the employee costs divided by the number of employees, the average salary is over 300,000. If anyone feels they can justify JG's salary feel free to post here because I really cannot see how it is justified. "Advanced discussions" that last for years, announcements with basic errors etc really gives the impression that the absolute bare minimum is being done for Fortacin by RP. Maybe it's a little unfair, who knows. What the management should remember is that shareholders own the company and expect all possible efforts to maximise assets and sales.

At the time of the takeover the platform I use (Halifax) had no trading ability for HK. RP shares were also listed in Frankfurt if I recall correctly (dual listing) which was tradeable however when they looked into transferring the holding there apparently there was no liquidity so they abandoned it. So in terms of dual listing it already exists, but there is even less demand in Europe than there is in HK! According to FT the average volume on the Frankfurt exchange (ticker RPGA) is 1,200 !

Minor observation but Fortacin is now listed on the Recordati products page for Italy and Portugal under Urology http://www.recordati.com/en/pharmaceutical_operations/products/

In my opinion only, this was due to the difficulty in getting the product after the plethora of free publicity we had in the UK at launch. I wanted to get it but couldn't (see posting history). The new arrangement with Doctor-4-U came some time later by which time it was forgotten about. I am interested to know how the publicity that the price had been slashed affected sales. Did they stay the same or was there a surge?
