This show is attended by large numbers of big money investors/funds, hopefully this will translate to new investment with BMN.

Just wanted to add my best wishes for anyone affected by cancer. As mentioned by others it is something that touches all our lives either directly or to loved ones/friends. Hopefully one day a cure will be found and we can beat this terrible disease once and for all. Good luck to everyone.

Ophidian do you have any handle on Vanchem input costs from Mapochs? With the competition ruling in place should BMN purchase Vanchem they would have the option of both refining their own ore and taking Mapochs ore. This would be a strong position to be in if they have some control over the input cost from Mapochs.

Without knowing the economics of the previous agreement it's not for me to say whether there would be cost benefits in doing this but could at least be a useful bridge to Mokopane/Brits mining?

Largo up 50p in one day yet apparently our entire operation is only worth 30p. To say we are undervalued is a galactic understatement.

However I wholeheartedly agree with you. I have been consistently "Strong buy" and don't see that opinion changing in the near to mid-future.

I also agree, a dividend will be what pushes this share to £1 and beyond.

Given that the offer was massively oversubscribed are there not institutions interested in an orderly stock transfer?

Daisan forgive my total cynicism but a dump of 5 shares in one minute seems enough excuse for a significant plunge here.

faramog I am also of that view as even if just a handful of staff turned up that would be all you need to load bags onto a truck.

However either way I see this as a win win. If product shipped during the strike from stocks then income would be unaffected. If no product shipped during the strike then Q3 may see lower sales (but also lower costs - as far as I am aware the strikers receive no pay for that period) but Q4 will more than compensate for that as the previously unsold stock can now be sold for much higher prices.

I particularly enjoyed when Mikhail was talking about the $1bn World Bank and $4bn private investment and his face lit up with excitement when he said that this was being targetted at low to middle income countries just like South Africa and sub-Saharan Africa - the markets closest to us.

He knows the money is coming and BE will be ready.

Perhaps interest will renew when Fortune confirms post-strike production guidance figures for the year in the Q3 update.

Mention by Fortune that they expect Brits to give opportunities to create more ore that can be processed at other facilities. So not just an extension of and feed for Vametco.

I don't think this has been indicated previously, the focus was on Mokopane producing ore for other processors?
