Was wondering who the mystery company might be and found this from H&W's website from earlier in the year.

Yes Tango, you are correct. I've been logging them on my infa spreadsheet and I make it 928m reported and 1.071 bln left to go. Though there may be some, individualy, that don't reach the percentage needed to report. The one from Harwood was only 0.47% but was lumped in with Oryx's 2.8% on the same RNS.

Someone just did the old 1 share trade thing. lol
As far as I'm concerned the sp can stay at .3 until all the news on all fronts is out there. Any rise will, IMO, just be sold into.
Got some funds coming soonish so would like to use some to bring my average right down.

Have been very few actual sells this AM. They are the ones @.293 all the .298's are buys but they have kept the ASk @ .31 so they are below the mid poin and shown as sells. IMO
Good news this morning, it's a start.

Don't think that is a true representation if other sites are to believed.
Lots of trades went through just before and after 4:00. Guessing they will show up tomorrow.
This site is just plain broken and not showing anything after 15:12.
According to ADVFN it's more like 23.7m Buys and 33m Sells. With 10.2m uncertain trades which look like delayed trades from yesterday.

It's a joke, THB. In this day and age. Even when using several different websites in order to get a clearer view of what going on I'm still left uncertain. But, I believe that's how the market likes it. Obviously, "We can't handle the truth".

Anyhoo, bring on some more substansive news and it won't matter as true value will out.
Of course the only positive news we want that won't come in an RNS is how Snowmans doing.

Have a look at the trades at about 9:30 on the 2nd. The ones ending in 63,680 and compare that with the ending digits of todays announcment.

Converts £50,000 of the first tranche of its £2.2 million loan into 18,663,680 new ordinary shares at a price of 0.2679 pence per New Ordinary Shares . The principal balance of the Loan has reduced to £1,005,555.

Converted £100,000 of the first tranche of its £2.2 million loan facility into 36,337,209 new ordinary shares at a price of 0.2752 pence per New Ordinary Share. The principal balance of the Loan has reduced to £1,055,555.57.

Infa drew the second tranche of the debt facility for a sum of £500,000

Well, 8.4% actually. This one, Crux, say they manage long-only equity investments.
More sticky hands, as they say.
That brings us up to 928m, so just under half way. From my calcs'.

Seems okay. What is does show though is that there is going to be quite a high percentage held by potential LTH's.
Depending on the numbers from the OO and PB, £1m to £2m, we could be looking at another possible 666m additional shares on top of the 3.5bln. Will hopefully all be clear by the end of the week.

Had a quick, fruitless, scan through some of the recent RNS's to see if they have mentioned an actual date for publishing this years interim results. Last years were on the 13th of December.
Guess what?. The 13th is next Friday.

Having put the numbers into the spreadsheet the new TR1's holdings total 17.67% of the new issue of 3.5bln.
But that's only 628m of the 2bln placing shares.
Or about a third of the 2bln placing shares.
So, more TR1's to follow?
Will double check my calcs to see if I messed up somewhere.
