Don't think the shares are cancelled as such, rather changed to orph shares in the ratio given.
As regards the Seek divi it's still as clear as mud, tbh.
Brox has done his best top explain but I guess I'm just being thick.
So one last time, if you care to. Are we entitled to the divi regardless of what we do, other than sell up.

So does ADVFN. It's just popped up on my chart now but added to a 4,174,214 buy @.29, timed at 17:05.
Every site says somthing different then tomrrow it will show as cancled or something.

I had the 5min chart up on a seperate monitor and saw the price drop to .285 and thought eh up.
Then there were two trades posted almost togther one that went down to .282 and then back to .285. I was tempted but by the time I had got my brok page up it was back up again to .294.
The big one didn't show up at all on the investing.com chart.

Although it has been damned annoying it has also given a chance to average down considerably and increase one's holding to allow for the dilution. Risky, maybe, but breakeven is now a lot closer and the benefits are far greater if it works.

Thanks Bronxville. So for my smallish holding, ooh err, matron, it an't going to make a huge difference to the vote one way or other. And as regards any divi I guess they will have a record of previous hvo holders to pay it to.
If that is the case, what is confusing is why they ask to "enter the number of units from entitlement".
Doesn't matter what proportion I put in the box they will all become the same orph shares.

I had looked at it on Barclays just and I was as unsure on the outcome.
Are you saying that hVivo will no longer exist if it goes through. And regarless of your vote we will only own Orph shares?
Or if I buy through the corporate action as per my allownace will I then own both?

Yeah, I'm a numpty and got it wrong. Read 100m as 1bln. Not much out then. :)

Hi Tango. Not got around to putting these new numbers into the spreadsheet yet so hadn't spotted that.

Dawski and Nobby no longer have the percentage for a notifiable interest. Not supprised given the issue increase.
And the missing holder of the balance of the placing goes to Spreadex Ltd with a 2.8% holding of 1bln shares.
Plus another 0.7% holding of 25.5 m as a CFD/ Speadbet.
Not sure what to make of the last bit TBH.

Hope some of the LTH's recoup their losses.
