RE: Stephen David Roser profile.22 Apr 2020 19:20
Further to this morning, I've put in these new figures into the spreadsheet plus a few new bits of info.
From the TR1's after the placing I could only account for 39.18% of the shares issued. (1,999,999,950)
Although we were told at the time that there were only six ii's that took part, 606,421,693 were still unaccounted for and we assumed that they must have gone to others, but were under the 3% notification threshold.
Although we never got definitive answer on that issue that still equates to 15.8% of todays share issue.
Spreadex are the only ones that have increased since, from there 125,500,000 to 189,285,714, as far as I can see.
And Nobby, of course, well done that man. :)
Others have since had there percentage change due to dilution, read that as all of us, but no TR1's to say they have either increased or decreased.
Plus those of you kind enough to supply details of your holdings, thank you, represent 2.46%. Noice :)
Once you put all this in, I calculate some 65% of shares are with significant investors.
Add in any other LTH's that don't post here as much but may still hold significant amounts and all those with smaller amounts, but still tightly held, we are looking a quite a small free float available.
So, for anyone waiting to jump in on some major news, grab 'em while you can whilst there still some left. lol ;)
With that little ramp out of the way, when do I get my share options from investor relations?
Regards, Si. :)
Disclaimer: Not meant as investment advise. DYOBR this is just IMO as I see it.
And can you all hold off till I've topped back up. Thanks.
