Toyin, I hope you're right but in my experience the regulators/police never act on the spoken word. And most of the time they don't even act on deliberately misleading statements in regulated documents.

I think it would be terminal for Ashman. But for all we know the reiterations could have been false in order to help get away the £4m raise (which they could have been planning all year). There can sadly be no certainty that Ashman has been telling us the truth so the evidence that the Singer projections are wrong is inconclusive.

Toyin, the only official (ie RNS'd) management forecast is for £5.3m this year and that was almost a year ago – albeit reinforced verbally by SA on several occasions since. The Singer note gives a lower figure for 2025 which suggests that Ashman has been misleading us…or that Singer are incompetent.

The fact that Ashman recently declared verbally that the Singer note was wrong counts for nothing unfortunately, given his recent form.
