David, I feel for you mate still invested in this dog. I remember things were looking good for you at one time due to your substantial holding. I cut my losses and got out. It is the LTH's that are now suffering the most. I lost a load here, but made it back through hard work. In future, if I ever invested here again, I would trade this share to F00K at the opportune time which seems a fair way off from today's feedback. This will only slide and stagnate from here for the foreseeable. What a shambles with very limited respect this company has become. GL anyway

so this BB is still in existence...how come it is still up and running after all this time? What is happening end of August? Thought this had been written off? bizarre

a11gar/rhodi/anyone with experience of these appeal processes.........do you know how long they take to meet with a verdict. Not that it matters much as we cant access our investments, but are we looking at years AGAIN like first time round or possibly months as much of the facts and figures have already been assessed? the share price information has reappeared at the top of this page....is it a sign that Oxs may be coming out of suspension!! Besides, we should be hearing from the administrators either this coming week or early the following...by 22nd if my memory serves me right. Let's hope its positive news, but don't hold your breath...

Will we get a warning that this forum is about to be closed or will it happen at any moment. I have heard of other pi's using "quiet" still listed company boards to continue to communicate, I just wondered if this was an option or are we on our own now? Anyone want to hazard a guess what if any the way forward here might be....why don't they un-suspend the shares, that way we might get a Chinese and a few pints out of it...lol :)

Should an appeal go ahead and because OXS are in administration, is this a strategy for any legal process to look on OXS' situation sympathetically and re-consider any award? Should an appeal be made, does anyone have any idea what timeframes are involved?

the RNS'. Anyone know what happens if OXS fail to appoint a replacement nomad within a month? Apologies if that is a stupid question, but does it mean that the shares will remain suspended and never be traded again? Also, will it be difficult to get a new nomad on-board considering OXS' situation? Cheers

I agree Turkeyburger, an update is the least shareholders deserve after a month of radio silence. Keeping peeps in limbo like this is cruel imo. If documents are being filed with Companies House, would one not assume a corporate decision has already been put in motion? 7p would be a dream and will more than likely remain so....at best I would say pre-suspension value if lucky. gla

Good to read that all may not be lost here. I look forward to the next RNS...it cannot come soon enough tbh, as there is nothing worse than the "not knowing" and whether there might be a glimmer of hope of salvaging something back further to the pre Xmas decision. Anyone know how long an appeal would take?....I hope not another 5 years....lol. I do hope Vlad is OK as he has not posted here for best part of a month, please let us know your qualified thoughts.
