Don't know what to believe anymore except that this whole debacle has dragged on long enough. We are now nigh on 70 days into the "very near future" and there isn't even a sniff that the result is getting closer. Although in the grand scheme the SP slippage is largely irrelevant, it does signify the market is losing confidence. An update from our BOD would be most welcome at this point in time imo.

Hope I spelt that correct, but its getting that way fast. No result before Xmas and this becomes a frigging joke!! Just over 3 weeks left of 2015 and result was thought to have been resolved by end of 2014. If this goes into 2016, there will be many questions from p1$$ed of shareholders, that is a certainty. If result is bad, we can all move on, just tell us ffs!!

This is getting tedious now....timeframes are getting ridiculous, confidence is waining, volume is rubbish....JUST TELL US FFS

Turkeyburger...if (and a big IF) we had a positive result tomorrow, I suspect any award proceeds would not be allocated to shareholders for some time (months perhaps) and certainly not in the next couple of weeks. If you need money to invest elsewhere, short term, I would consider looking at other alternatives...this will not meet your investment capital requirements in the timeframe you have stated imo. Btw, love turkeyburgers....what's for supper :)

from "very near future" and still waiting for the decision, timeline wise this really is starting to look ridiculous. No decision Monday, we will be looking at a decision before Xmas hopefully. If this goes into 2016, well I dont know what to say except that someone or someones is/are taking the mick. lets not panic....last day of November is next Monday and is still within commented assessment of "very near future" from private telephone conversations. If it comes and goes, allow leeway in run up to Xmas. If nothing by beginning of Jan 2016, then I think RS' phone will be red hot and an explanation will be sought by many. Until then just relax guys, result could be tomorrow who knows. Give the BOD some slack, the result announcement and when it happens is not something they have any direct control over, they can only give an idea of when it is expected. GLA....fully expect it to be before Xmas though (sound just like luckyman2 now) lol

timeline classed as "very near future" by Oxus as posted by Ruby's telephone convo wit Oxs....should be an interesting week....particularly if no news prior to Friday (wouldn't want to be out of this come 4:30pm next Friday). Most stocks on Aim are at an all time low...imo most peeps may look to take a position in order to hedge losses from other investments. I don't give a $h1te about the SP...just want the frigging result may it be good or bad...gla

Early Jan 2016 and no verdict...lets start asking serious questions...until then. lets trust in our leader, I am sure he will do us all justice...RNS could drop at anytime remember that.

adamsups...I am in the same boat as you mate....been investing in Aim for 6 years now and everything has only gone to hell for me. 75% of what I have remaining is now in here, which if the verdict is favourable will just about break me even with some profit from a nightmare 6 years. I am banking on this coming in...if not so be it...I will write it off, but I hope to God we have a positive verdict and a decent award in the region of $500m minimum. Then I can reassess if I stay in Aim or get the f00k out for good :)
