As you can see I rarely post anymore, as I know that if we get good progressive news (which we have been), it very rarely reflects in the SP. I seen the news this morning and was going to post that we would see this in the red today (decided not to), its just the way it is nowadays, crazily you just have to catch the MMs in a good mood...sad but true guys

Its becoming increasingly difficult these days to make money on Aim. It is an illogical market and has been for best part of 8 years ish. Sooner UKOG is out of this dump the better imo.

this Aim market is pathetic, corrupt and disgusting. It should be completely eradicated from existence. Investors are leaving in their droves, who can blame them...progress and good news is completely dismissed in most instances...you start to think what is the point of investing in such an illogical market. Investors should stage a mutiny imo...lol

imo...Solo have a lot more to go before this overhang is cleared. Anyone got any idea how much they got to go before we can move freely? Cheers

Thanks for links Krull....interesting listening to SS interview, which makes the SP seem even more illogical....value will be seen here very soon imo. K4 results pending, big sellers out, with MMs playing fair, should see a decent rise hopefully. Cheers

Yes, I would be interested in listening to this interview if someone could provide the link. In heavyish here for long term and with funds to top up. F00ked off with SP mind, this should not be languishing at these levels with the news published thus far, can only put it down to Solo selling and usual MM games. I believe DL also done a recent interview if anyone could provide link? Thanks in advance

as much as I hate to say it, I have to agree with that statement DW, this market is so f00ked up and manipulated it is unreal, I wouldn't be surprised if it ended up mid 1's post commercial declaration and Kim results. To have to even say that, means something is desperately wrong with Aim full stop.

Agree and unfortunately with Aim shares this is always the case. MMs need no excuse to take this down and the radio silence is just an easy excuse for them to do so. I understand Portland results may take time to collate and analyse, but they will be announced very soon imo (SS said updates would be made at each stage of testing in an interview some weeks back). We need to give SS and UKOG that at least as this cannot and will not be rushed to satisfy investors, Mms or markets for that matter. This could be a find of national significance and data needs to be accurate and checked by the necessary peeps. Just look at the evidence, with tankers back and forth, Solo taking shares in UKOG for their stake in HHDL...its not rocket science etc....but this is still a RISK and not for the faint hearted or panickers as there has been no RNS on results thus far. Just wait and all will soon be revealed...gla

Perhaps SS is going to make a declaration of commerciality first and will then open the tanker gates, imo and with UKOG in particular, Friday is a good day to release news to catch the weekend media...then the herd would arrive Monday....just imo

was the green card for me. This is not scotch mist, imo it is all there to see without an official RNS. That Solo interview and acceptance of UKOG shares has convinced me. All very subdued this morning trade wise...calm before the storm imo. SS loves putting a cat amongst the pigeons....will he today and catch the market sleeping? Gla

A tanker or two later today and we are in business. 2.5p should be achieved today without any official news, sentiment and general momentum is strong at the minute which should give gradual movement northwards :-)

Balls of steel haven't been kind to me in the past, but this time hopefully. Banking some profit at the different stages of flow testing if positive, is I think, the way I will play it, but as you know, that can change in the blink of an eye...lol

but then if your invested here it might NOT BE. With a million shares here (just to make it easy to calculate my holding), I find it difficult to get my head around the fact that if the SP ever does to 10p again, that will equate to £100k,...flipping nora...and with some of the figures being bounded about for 5p-6p on Portland results alone, I cant comprehend or get my head around such gains for doing f00k all. I really hope this don't go tats up...I need some luck after 8 years invested in mainly disasters on Aim....lol

coming imho, question is who will sell on the spike if news is positive? That age old Aim adage, buy on rumour, sell on news is something that needs serious consideration in this market, even if you are a committed long termer...sentiment though has returned which is paramount...gla

sentiment and momentum has returned, you can feel it in abundance. This is majorly important in a share such as UKOG. Any individuals making negative comments will not have any influence whatsoever, so stop wasting your breath and enjoy the bank holiday weekend. This will rise into the Portland results RNS, which is now expected anytime from next week. The evidence from the chaps on the ground is there for all to see and the best updates we will get in between RNS'. It's still a risk, but you only have to best interpret the evidence given and that to me looks very positive at this point in time. GLA

Agree WTT, Welshman to Welshman just cant see it either, know this market inside out after 8 years invested to varying degrees. MMs don't want this up full stop, RNS announcing commerciality on Portland will be the game changer. Even then, the spike will be sold into and we will most probably end up back at 2pish imo and hope to be proved wrong and hold heavy here....its just Aim and that saying, buy on rumour, sell on news is why most LTH's usually don't make money on Aim, but twitter will not create momentum here it never has...gla anyways

with this Aim market, there s no certainty of SP appreciation even with good, even very good news. I have seen it so many times before, even if the Portland is declared commercial, this could spike and then retrace to level or drop. There are many newbies here and they cant understand why this, and why that. Yes, it f00ks me off beyond too, but you get to know the patterns eventually. The sooner (hopefully) commerciality is announced and we are promoted to possibly FTSE 250 and out of this cess pit the better imo. Market is illogical and you hope the MMs are in a good mood the day you sell or have much to gain by taking it higher than expected....that is it in a nutshell...manipulation rules on Aim, so we have to hope UKOG breaks the mould, giving them little choice to value it fairly...gla

Agree GEUK, but its all bull ****e we could do without via the association, even if NOT linked. There hasn't exactly been much media coverage on a potentially major onshore oil find for UK plc, just a few lines here and there, perhaps looking into things too much, but sometimes with Aim and these sort of things you think the .......
