I tend to agree (and hope) that no news is good news, although to drop this clanger on shareholders a couple of days before Xmas and as it turns out, let us stew over what happens next, for what has dragged on for nearly a month now, is certainly difficult to get one's head round tbh. Had/still (!!) have £4K in here and could do with it now to pay some of the tax bill, what can be salvaged is anyone's guess, although I hope to god its not a complete write-off. Correct me if I'm wrong, but OXS still have £millions in plant & machinery assets tied up in Uzbekistan, which they can be realised at some stage yes? Gla, we need some to at least get our monies back, but that is perhaps asking too much!!

deserve an update at minimum, after dropping that bombshell two days before Xmas. Let's hope we hear from RS this coming week....Vlad still awol then, maybe he got out before the $h1t hit the fan....lol

I thought RS might of updated shareholders on OXS' position over last 3 days of trading having dropped that news 3 days before Xmas. Will be looking for an RNS next week on what ,if any, the plan is moving forward. Happy New Year all, perhaps there might be light at the end of the tunnel. Still cant fookin believe how this has all panned out.

Nearly 7 years in Aim and it never improves or plays fair....get out with something imo and the regulators will have to address it's issues if investors revolt in their droves, or its last one out turn out the lights for Aim and perhaps best thing for it, to save more pi's from chucking away their hard earned in future.

but I know many pi's invested in Aim and 90% of them are planning their exit strategy from Aim asap. Patience is rarely rewarded and company fundamentals, good news and strategic progress is very rarely reflected in an Aim company's SP's. Investors are returning to more traditional forms of investing...pooled investment funds and bricks and mortar, or even just leaving it on deposit, at least your cash is safe and will not depreciate, perhaps bar inflation effects. Aim is finished imo, if stringent regulation is not introduced quickly. Perhaps the Aim manipulators want to put themselves out of a job, takes all sorts I suppose. This Oxs outcome has left a very bad taste in shareholders mouths, let alone the potential losses looming if an appeal is also thrown out. I am still finding it difficult that next to nothing was awarded having taken so long and with all the confidence shown by the BOD. If you are about Vlad, there are many here that would like to hear your thoughts on what has happened and perhaps if there is a way forward for Oxs now. Cheers all Aim exit strategy underway........

If the length of time it took for the final decision to be made, air on the side of caution and expect it to be published in circa one year imo. Someat stinks here and it aint one's socks!! This looks like a complete write-off and if an appeal is made, expect another long wait imo. If this is ever unsuspended peeps will make a fast exit to the door and that is why the BOD need to update shareholders on their next move and fast. If an appeal is to take place then hopefully the SP will not crash and burn if trading ever resumes. All imo and gl...fook knows we need some!!

off out to get shedded tonight....I thought the more time and longer this took to sink in today it would get better, but it aint :( I cant believe we didn't get something reasonable in the form of an award. Anyone think this might be suspended for 6 months? I think its delisting territory after that....gla, we need it!!

very disappointing indeed. Perhaps not all is lost and some value for shareholders may be salvageable in coming weeks. Timing was bad but we needed to know the decision Xmas or not. The worst part is we now have to wait again to see if the company can realise some on-going value from its assets which might now be returned. Not a Happy Xmas, but perhaps all is not lost. Just have a Merry Xmas instead and try to forget about this until New Year. All the best

at this rate we will be lucky to get a decision by 2017, or perhaps 2018...."VNF"...ffs. Nothing surprises anymore....well here it is merry Christmas, everybody's having fun, here's to the future, blah, blah, blah...still waiting :)

we will see a conclusion to this case by year end, although think we are looking at a 2016 decision now tbh. Happy Xmas everyone :)

Strange day...nothing special about the volume yet we rise 10%. BOD seem as though they have gone to ground and are unable to be contacted seemingly. Could we be really looking at a result (one way or other) before Xmas. Friday tomorrow, should be very interesting....we are now 71 days later into the "very near future" lol :) gla

adams, I disagree, I think it has everything to do with market confidence. The "very near future" statement imo has been and gone, it would have been less frustrating if the word "very" had been left out altogether, then expectation isn't as high.

Not sure if there is any point Lee they cant tell us anymore than they have unofficially. Apparently, there was no answer at HQ yesterday. An official RNS update is required imo, just to clarify and relay any changes to timelines if they have of course changed. All very frustrating and wait we must.
