The one temporary bright spot here Gray is the the board are highly unlikely to consider issuing shares at this price to buy any more dumps or equipment. It will have to come from income or a loan.

I don't disagree Bluebelly. Unfortunately we won't get any strong buying until we have some positive figures that show without doubt which direction we are travelling in. The current sp is beyond ridiculous and is the product of a huge sell down by funds which has little to do with jlp made worse now by a clumsy RNS which paints a picture of a failing company. Not everyone is aware of the real situation and wea are gradually being taken down by a few sellers and buyers having dried up. Not sure where this is going now before we get a turnaround as some will sell at any price!

Apparantly he is retaining his own shareholding in JLP but aiming to sell in the high single figures!

If it is actually true he will have most of his followers deep underwater and they are not going to be happy with him. He cannot surely be saying that jlp is only worth the current sp. The SA part of the business is worth that on its own. Perhaps he has just sold and hopes people will sell on his advice so that he can get back in even cheaper.

If he has changed his mind what are his reasons?

Looking back at the RNS it would have been much better if they had separated the news about power interruptions from the rest of it as the fact that other sides of the business were progressing normally has been completely overlooked. It wouldn't have been any worse than what we have now and they could have followed up with the better news a week later. There is no strategy here for publicity. It's truly pathetic and we need to complain.

Earlier on in the day the sells were around the 3.8mark and buys 3.83. There is virtually no spread. Not just me saying it.

Hi Edzi. I'm pretty sure that almost everythingin the 3.80s is a buy. The sp has been down for some time and seems to just accomodate the few who are prepared to part with their stock at those prices. Do you have access to trades? Try a dummy sell and see what you are offered.

Almost all of the trades are likely buys as those who have bought or tried dummy trades will witness. Obviously there is a supply as there has been for the last two months and we are all waiting for it to dry up.

That's why we will have to have our own generation that kicks in when the grid goes down. It shouldn't cost the earth and certainly nowhere near what has been wiped of the value of the company over the last couple of days. On another point, apparantly you can buy at a lower price than you can sell for at themoment. anyone else found that?
