I'd like to know their justification for using IP! More likely to pick up clay alteration of the granite and country rock than with any (as yet unconfirmed) sulphides.

Indeed JohnLewis. There are few investors (or indeed exploration geo's) who are used to looking at gold in soil values and understanding their significance. Au values of greater than 250 ppb are highly encouraging. Key points are as follows: 1. the 'main' gold anomalous zone ('Bassala Southern Zone') - according to my reading of the map is around 3 km long and up to 1.3 km (or so) wide. 2. within this zone elevated gold in soil levels are associated with the eastern mapped margin of a granitic intrusion as well as clearly identifiable NW (Main) and NE (Secondary) trends. 3. the granite eastern margin anomaly, which measures 0.5 x 0.5 km, appears to not have been previously drill tested and is therefore a priority target for future drill testing. 4. pathfinder element maps should help elucidate the style or styles of gold mineralization present over the entire Bassala Project Area.

Hi guyc. Looks darned impressive to me as there is there is clearly an anomalous zone with values over c. 60 ppb. It's sizeable and granite-marginal (i.e. 'intrusion-associated'). They should provide plots of potential pathfinders: e.g. Ag, Cu, As, Sb, Bi, (Pb, Zn?) to elucidate. It's big enough to be very interesting. I've bought.

Can someone provide me with a link please to the .pdf? The company website appears to have not been updated and the other link I can't get to work. 4 ppm in soils is about as high as you can get in a soil (the result does depend on sampling methodology, sieved fraction size and sample prep). Suggests that site was bang on a mineralized zone but I'd love to see the gold in soil distribution map and see the range of absolute values.

Correct Womo. JC it's bad bullet pointing - the 'first results' phrase should be appended to the pervious line re. the IP survey.

He has good ground and an experienced, specialist geologist behind him who is NI 43-101 and JORC etc., etc. qualified / accredited. Personally I feel a DFS is further down the line because they have ground to cover so I believe there would have to be at least 2 years (this year and next) of further geological evaluation work to prove up the larger envisaged tonnage. That is unless they have additional data that we don't know about. That would include drilling. Then there would probably be a preliminary feasibility study too prior to a DFS.

The agreement could be subject to a due diligence clause.
