Our new CEO has history with Schlum (has held many roles with them) and will have a great many top ranking contacts within. He also has history with Royal Dutch Shell so maybe, just maybe he can land some new contracts with them.

I'd say that market makers will hold a float of shares. If the there is strong demand and not enough sellers to meet that demand they will offload from their float. Conversely, if there are lots of sellers but not enough buyers to meet selling demand, they will accumulate themselves and build up their float.

Their float will go up and down as buy/sell ratios fluctuate. So, what am I saying, in terms of retail buyers and sellers, sometimes the market maker themselves will be the buyer or seller to smooth out and take up slack.

Aberdeen, if there was any activity behind the scenes, we'd see an uptick in share price as those in the know get friends to buy up the shares. It's human nature I'm afraid.

Best recovery play on the whole London stock market this. Personally, those looking for a quick sharp bounce back above 150p will be disappointed. However.........those prepared to ignore the short term noise will be sitting pretty once the shorts have moved on after being burned.

Would anyone be interested/willing to sign a petition to be put to Andrew Trahar about shareholder dissatisfaction with the lack of progress on this project and the complete lack of communication, despite being in a golden window of opportunity for Zioc with iron ore prices sky high and Sino/Oz relations at an all time low.

As shareholders we have a right to protest to the BoD. Maybe it's time we exercised that right and made our voices heard?

My wife, a primary school teacher, has just popped into my office to inform me that from next week teachers will be doing rapid testing of themselves (on a voluntary basis). I got excited by this and quickly asked her what type of test would it be - is it finger prick test? She replied that is wasn't finger prick but nasal/throat swab test.

I've been down £34k with PFC in 2017 after the "unnecessary" PFC SFO rns smashed me to bits. But I held on and 4 months later or so had recovered and I ended up selling at an £8.5k profit. Yes, I had many sleepless nights and guilty looks at the missus but ground it out.
