I think I overestimated the diameter of oil flowing through those blocked pipes. I estimated 60% of the flow was being restricted due to the wax issue.

But looking again at the pictures I reckon 90% of the flow was restricted due to wax.

Now they are being dewaxed then the output should rise further than I originally thought.

IMHO, the judge would have to decide if the original 'free pen', was in fact free, or if it could be construed as a bribe to sign...

I would hope the fist major would back down upon threats of breaking corporate rules on corruption and bribery , this allowing the higher offer to be accepted.

Perhaps the pen could be snapped and sent to a certain hovel in Wales....

Understand your point Sub-Mariner completely in terms of sticking to timescales.

However in the example you pose, he would be extremely smart to delay signing that document, as IMO between Jan 2023 and June 2023, I see the company gaining even more value as we prove up the Deeps.

So in your example, the Sly Old Fox has £5/share offer 'technically in the bag', in January, but is working to achieve £7 value by July.

So come 1st July 2023 he gains a higher offer from another party... and a free pen....;-)
