Hearing was for Additional flaring that would allow copl to FURTHER increase production. Now we need to wait for 1 month before copl can OBTAIN PERMISSION FOR FIELD WIDE flaring to FURTHER increase production, 1 months Additional revenue on top of current ENHANCED production levels is lost because of a late challenge by a ranch owner, who, rumour has it wears cravats and drives an old clapped out Morgan, and is quite SHORT in stature....

The objection was from a local rancher looking to extract a few pennies. The rancher has inadvertently emailed the basis of his contention and his request/demand for compensation to AM.

It is assumed that the rancher will withdraw his opposition prior to the next hearing.

The flaring continues at the same rate as before, and is expected to continue right up to the date we expect to get further approvals for field wide flaring.

The Lone Ranger, wants to extract a few pennies from us, hence the delay until next month.

If you watched the live hearing you get a feeling that the commission is quite supportive of flaring gas, as the more oil the producer makes the more taxes for the local State.

The market knows that we are just about breaking even on the current levels of production.

This is true!!

What the market does not fully appreciate is the rise in production from August onwards.

Remember each barrel over 1050/day is unhedged at spot price.

Patience is required a little longer. But we will be profitable in the short term, that is what will make a difference.

Soon to tick up to 0.1 on the ask.

Morning, judging by the satisfied grin during last interview, I think the August numbers may well be significant, yes the two wells have been directly linked to the gas capture system since mid August, however we should see the full monthly effect of gas flaring on 6 Wells that began mid June(17th)

Let's also not ignore the additional benifits of dewaxing another 5 wells....

Recall those pictures where the flow was restricted by,imho, 80% of the bore diameter. These should now be fully clear and flowing strongly.

My guess is production update 1st, yes we have 38m barrel reserves, and yes we can extract it at a rate good enough for a commercial bank to give us RBL.

Panama, there are many ruthless people who will try to bend the rules for their own personal gain.

Unfortunately it is par for the course in the stock markets.

What you have to try and stick to are the medium to long term prospects here. We all appreciate as a "young" company.

By young I mean from when we transitioned from the walking dead, to a going concern upon the acquisition of Atomic and subsequent production it gave us. The company has now, 'forced' our partner CUDA into receivership and recently picked up his assets for $2.2/barrel.

The proverbial picket fence is now being painted and the pipework and gas boiler pressure issues are being fixed.

Commercial banks are seeking to provide us with and RBL based on the enhanced reserves we have now with CUDA's portion.

Flaring can continue at the rates we are flaring at today up to the new hearing in October when as it is expected a new granting of permission will be given for a field wide flaring allowance.

Yes we may have to pay some cash to the ranch owner, but it will not be much in the grand scheme of things.

Chin up and look to the future, not todays price....

Buying seems to have picked up again.
