Ice cream vans need 2 systems, one for the driver and one for the machine operator in the back to ensure safe delivery to the cone. Mobile fast food will be the same, possibly more systems needed here. Definitely one system needed per deep fat fryer and one for any kebab meat grills.

Drones flying next to the plane to get footage for someone's youtube channel? The weather? Scare-mongering in the media and social media about what could possibly go wrong? The Covid pandemic? Running out of fuel? Mechanical failure? A puncture? Someone is hiding in the landing gear? Something else?

Ok, it will never be that the pilot is asleep. It will never be that there has to be Pilot Monitoring Systems fitted to help save the aircraft until the flying public are made aware that these systems are needed. So when is the news going to break?

Then the Passenger Monitoring Systems will need to be upgraded to ensure everyone is behaving correctly. And it goes on until all but the most determined traveller chooses to go by train.

I can say with near 100% certainty that a search for ''DMS'' in North America, using 2 different search engines with similar settings finds no references to driver monitoring systems.

The point here is that ''DMS'' does not appear to be a widely searched term.

Perhaps this needs to be addressed.
