I "think" the Caerus game plan will be to test & prove up tailings processing viability across as many of their 14? sites across Cyprus, and it's within Caerus interest to get good news early, though CB mentioned in a recent podcast that they want a cross section of results before leaping in with say a single JV on the first site. Having said that as these mines are old (some really old) the mining technology back then will in many cases result in good grades in the tailings.
For JLP - CB mentioned that a "central processing plant" maybe the way to go (subject to local logistics & restrictions).
This would give scale to both companies, and IF Caerus did decide to mine - minds greater than mine may see this as a longer term growth opportunity for JLP.
Clearly as you say Scott the initial SP uplift will be early days in Caerus, but you will see impacts on JLP SP through the following i believe...
1 As discoveries & JV's take real 'quantifiable' shape.
2 A decision to construct a defined centralised processing plant with capacity to expand.
3 Announcements that JLP can and will take "Jubes" brand & processing further in to Europe, and potentially other jurisdictions.
I think the last point (3) is the real game changer and whilst CB in the same podcast said it isn't easy to support wide spread geographic growth, - my view is that it would be easier with strategic partners & Leon at the helm.
Note this is not a ramping up of Caerus - i am not an investor in Caerus.

Spot on - he's creating an ongoing news thread with little effort (although good for us) because - he knows that July release of H2 financials are going to "prove" what he's saying and some...
I got to say though i am quite heavy weighted in this stock BUT i really do feel the pull to buy more (tomorrow morning) - i see a no brainer SP rise in the next 4 weeks...

Agreed all positive even if they throw their dummy out at the 11th hour.
However, given NvS was already playing commercial ping pong at the last investor call, and there has been no signs of any flying dummies i feel confident that both parties are keen to get it over the line and that they are not a million miles apart...
Folks sit on your hands, do not sell irrespective of SP fluctuations, and enjoy the ride that's quickly approaching...

In my experience (3 non-mining company sales to PE investment companies), an EA extension is a deal in the making and as the long stop date approaches and neither you or the purchaser haven't called the deal of for a variety of reasons then the pressure to conclude the deal increases dramatically on the purchaser (AAL).
Not concluding the deal by the long stop date essentially opens ARCM up to the wider market and they can engage with others immediately. AAL & Rothschilds will have wasted a great deal of money.
For this reason in my experience at this late stage there are two likely outcomes...
1 An announcement (RNS) will occur between now and the long stop date stating the basis of the deal
2 A short extension to the EA for specific (confidential) matters to be concluded or resolved before a fixed completion date, announced via (RNS).
ARCM will not extend the EA without a specific agreement and outcome.
We shouldn't take option 2 as a negative, the market would view option 2 as increasing evidence of a deal coming to fruition.
It's my judgement here that the current "floating" SP has nothing to do with 1 & 2, when either 1 or 2 is announced we should expect BIG moves.

Then clearly what i read on email from LSE was a "planned" date and should be taken as such...
Accounts year end dates can be moved, and i can imagine that an evolving physical mining resource will have obvious implications on the balance sheet so needs to be supported by the latest data - beyond that i am punching beyond my pay grade.
Fundamentally we have a lot of positives and i am therefore in the camp to sit on my hands and wait for news and an upturn in the SP.

After all Biden has said he wants Copper producing partners around the world and doesn't want to grow "dirty" mines in the US (wont help his current trillion $ economic pathway or his re-election)...
As we know JLP / JUBPF is at the better end of the "green" spectrum...

Folks here are going to tire quite quickly with this line of thinking.
I am down £20k today on JLP - and recently i was up £30k...
Ironically my whole screen was red today...
SP's do not go up in straight lines and this is AIM, another factor which seems to effect SP movements.
Fundamentally, i am really happy with JLP, & the team led by Leon and where we are going.
I am invested to the tune of 3m shares and fully expect to benefit in the fullness of time: 2nd half year results and then on to the years to come - i am an investor not a trader, which implies there is the "time to hold" factor & patience... If it helps turn your screen off and wait for key dates.

If my memory serves me right nobody had a clue or suspected that a JV was on the cards between GGP & Newcrest (Haveiron) a total surprise in terms of the SP....
Do we actually know the specific date in July that the current EA ends ?
Maybe there will be more "speculative" SP movement on the run up. We must remember though that the EA is a period of time with a long stop date rather than the date of a pending deal. The deal could happen today...

What caught my eye last year (leading me to 3m share purchases) was Leon's push in numerous podcasts announcing a variety of new ventures, Copper tailings contracts & purchases, this in itself started to help drive the SP upwards.
I suspect that he's doing the same here, multiple news releases, then H2 results come out and we have excellent real numbers supported by sustained growth plans both in PGM's recovery & Copper Cathode production...

The tops off the bottle and there is no stopping this expansion including...
-> No brainer post codes in SA, which JLP are fully clued up on...
-> Europe starting with Cyprus JV (with further processing growth potential)
-> Other jurisdictions yet to be named BUT if the surface tailing availability is large enough investment is again a no brainer.
Leon is not limited by cash, or macro economics (copper super cycle, PGM prices, etc), or the availability of tailing dumps around the world.
And lets face it JLP will benefit from the pressure from all parties on mines to clean up their operations for the future.
Put yourself in Leon's position, your in a strong negotiation position for future deals and growth.

It's also clear that the time line / life of these PGM surface tailings & supply contract show a company which is sustainable for the very long term.
Perhaps someone with access to the figures can calculate what this actually means in potential additional revenue.

The Company is pleased to announce it has entered into a further long-term, 10+ years of mine life, PGM feed supply agreement with a chrome mining customer, thereby expanding its PGM Operations to the Eastern Limb of the PGM-rich Bushveld Complex (the "PGM Supply Agreements"). In addition, Jubilee has acquired outright 255 000 tonnes of PGM containing chrome tailings further increasing Jubilee's existing surface PGM tailings.

Jubilee is also pleased to announce an update on progress at its South African chrome and PGM Operations where, in line with the Company's chrome strategy, final stages of the commissioning of the chrome beneficiation plant have been entered with completion anticipated on time, by the end of Q2 2021, a further testimony to Jubilee's track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. The Company also hereby provides an update on the expansion of the Inyoni PGM Operations.

Good point possibly why todays RNS was released...
"As at the date of this announcement the Company's issued share capital consists of 842,518,683 ordinary shares of 0.02p each with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 842,518,683.

A reminder to issue a TR1 given the above. Perhaps CB is aware of incoming purchases...

Commercial suicide for DRC, and as you say suits our position in Zambia (who's commercial <-> political track record has vastly improved over recent years) - I think Dorfan has posted this in the past too with more regional knowledge, on this topic.
So that's DRC with issues, & Chile - nationalist issues effecting current Copper mine(s) output...
