What makes me smile is your discussing this now as compared to thinking about it before the vote, bod had no shares before gm and still don't but they carry on taking there inflated wages

I think your right bd, fingers crossed he keeps to his word, think as ceo his record is poor but no doubting his geological experience and if he keeps his word now I would back him

mer this is not a slanging match, there are many different ways of gaining finance, the issue here is no news or communication about the alledged jv/to or what ever you wish to call it after which how is anybody able to make a decision on how the company should be financed or taken forward. at the minute it just gives them rights to do as they wish which as a pi i def dont agree with

morning jjp, as far as im concerned i am not just pointing the finger at the ceo and in what they done scientifically is great work i just dont agree that they should decide their own pay, and further their communication/pr leaves a lot to desire however i say again i am fully supportive of the science of this company but as pi s i feel we need to fire a shot across there bows. and again i dont feel the yes and no voters are that far apart its perhaps just difference in how they would like things done

Not too sure where the two groups are you describe, even peole who vote no like myself have nothing but positive thoughts about what the company have,its the way its being run. Have a look at solo oil this morning and see the positive effect pi s can have without having to be rail roaded by ceo s etc

Just out of interest its seems to say upto 35mil for drill,does anybody know average price for a drill program in that area?

So at some point just on this we should be trading near to 8p ?

Are they saying 75% is only worth 105 mil pre drill?

Totally agree mate we all think what they have is good,its just the people running the show and how there running it

I dont care what people vote but lets not pretend we cant do anything about bod pay or that its linked into a possible dilution,I believe in what the company has but not in the jokers that are running it, no reason we cant have professional business people taking us forward,but again each to there own

if this was just a case of time thats great however the lack of communication here is amazing, and while this is happening the bod are still drawing down massive pay, its all wrong

There are many different ways companies can raise funds they can also keep there own pay deals down which would help company v pi s relationship,however as pi s we could also ask for agenda items to be removed or changed as is the solo group doing currently. I'm saying this as a investor and somebody who thinks the way there running this company is poor while not doubting there scientific knowledge

I guess we will all get a vote on things, I will vote against the bod,but each to there own
