morning val, i can only say about solo but there has been a recent change in bod following threats of egm, i would think it takes a lot of work by a person or persons but worked there. and before anybody has a go i am fully supportive of the science just not the management of that science and i am willing to see what happens this month as some on here have stated we will know the future by then and fingers crossed we do

morning guys does anybody remember what percentage of shares you need to call a egm ?

the guys on solo oil did it, you need somebody to collect details of peoples holding, emails etc and then present the bod with what you wished answering and then if not that you will call a egm. i will try to find out the percentage of shares you need to do this.
thinks its a useful tool but sad that it may be needed when they could just communicate more effectively. but let me get back to people

you dont need legal action just get enough shares between us all to call a egm

14 I'm long term holder but some on here have to forget anything that said here has a big factor on sp, the thing that does is the bod with their decisions and options regarding funding options and how there running the company

Freddie the sp here has nothing to do with what's said on this board,its due to the lack of PR, the lack of any information about even who were talking to let alone who we may or may not have a agreement with and finally the general malaise and respect the bod give pi,s. And before you say I'm a deramper I have a massive percentage of my portfolio in this company but at recent gm didn't believe giving the bod to pay themselves what they like or commission as many new shares as they wanted was correct

If she's that confident in her management and bod she can have my shares for £1

Morning woody,dont want to argue but lots of bod do exactly that and technical ceo s do step down to let more business minded people run the company, solo oil being one such company. I am not calling for revolution but lets not think as shareholders we have no powers or that nothing can be done to change how the company works

Why is commenting on saleries unfair? We are all share holders in this company and as such have the right to comment and expect the company is run in a manner that is correct and one which takes the company forward. Very few on here have said anything about there technical experience however there ability to financially run the company and carry out business presentations is a different matter. Any before anybody says I'm a deramper or shorter,I have been in this company more years than I want to remember and believe in the compounds we have

The problem here is that majority people have strange idea that the bod have some clinical input into the compounds where as nothing could be further from the truth and lies the issue in that why are clinicians trying to strike a deal which should be left to experienced business people

Not sure if he's trying to deramp but not sure you can say he's a pillock for making a investment decision, there's many of us down on this share and still a wall of silence from bod,while they carry on taking nice pay packets they are only surpassed by our highly visible HR team !!!!
