As I say not sure of complete rules but in solo oil,shareholders got shares together to forse a egm so bod had to act,which led to ceo resigning

Morning forsight,not sure about costs etc for egm however most ceo woud not want it to get that far,sometimes threat of possible calling egm is enough to make bod take action,always said this bod are possible great scientist but as bod etc they are very poor

while gm is in charge this will always happen, we had chance last year at agm to say no more but people supported him and the bod, this may work out in the end but it wont be down to gm thats for sure, he should be banned from ever being a head of a company

Oh I wish that was case but doubt it,and even if they do I'm sure the bod and PR will mess it up between them !!! And I say that as long term holder,both are a management shambles

Civil question but why are people expecting news,there's no indication there is one due?

If the percentage increase theory is correct surely that would be the same for all bod who own a certain amount,certainly how I tea it but open to being very wrong about it

Perhaps due to the minimum wages he receives he s had to sell as needs the money after Xmas?

Its ok guys as Morris etc says were in talks with many companies,perhaps bod dont talk to each other or read their own rns lol

Lol that makes me laugh,after the bod tell us there in talks with variour companies then suddenly buy £10k of stock eack,its them that should be worried about legal action, and again I know which way my vote will go at next agm

i refer directly to you r comment ,They have to, with all these negative comments which are affecting the share price, this would indicate any person who makes a negative comment here effects the price, complete rubbish

That is rubbish, the sp is where it is because the bod have run the company in a certain way and mm s are making money from it,makes me so mad when people say that somebody with 20,200 or 2000 shares are the cause of a price drop from 7p to .75, and its the bod who arranged for there own little Xmas present of shares at .75

I agree and that's why bod should go, I'm here for the long and you may be as well but I think were in the minority

Hi spy,overall yes but takes time,this bod may get lucky but still dosnt mean they should run the company. I'm a long term holder and believe even if they get lucky most holders will leave as soon as they break even and that's not a good thing longterm

Not too sure about that,as I have said before was same at solo oil,and we managed to force change there. I think the time for them to go has come

This has to go to egm soon even if they get jv,it really is a disgrace how the bod have behaved/ run this company
