can understand the theory behind supporting the bod or going bust but there really is another options of the bod being made to stand down and a experienced management team taking over the running of the company.

Just out of interest as a lth and one that is greatly concerned about the skills of the bod,why do you feel I should not have the right to ask the bod to stand down?

- basically we set up a gmail email

and posted it on the boards so that people could declare their support and holdings via mail and replicated it on some of the other forums, such as advfn etc.

We then contacted the Bod to arrange a meeting with X% of shares. I believe you need 5%

think the shareholders want the bod to stop constant dilution and consolidations but also take some responsibility for reduction in sp, think some hoping to force bod or at least some of them to hand in there notice so to speak. i know you guys did some great work on here so said i would ask

a couple of the guys on solo oil board arranged to meet the bod following a similar thing, i will contact the guys and see how they arranged it, think its a case of grouping our shares together and advising the company of our plans if they dont arrange a meeting etc, im mdland but def be willing to meet up

some of the bod can stay on in technical expertise, however as there management skills go, they need to go, and not too sure the market would react badly to it

Sad state of affairs,some of us were slated when we suggested last year to vote against the bod,then we had the it will be sorted by Oct the bod will not let us down. Well the bod are a disgrace and even if they get any sort of a deal,I suggest come next agm if we last that long,that people vote these comedians out. In fairness to these cowboys they told you all what they were going to do,so to those who voted for the resoloutions, I feel your only getting the rewards you asked for.
