Sailorchief, he hasn't actually done or said anything that's against the rules yet, well not under his current guise anyway, rest assured should he cross that line he would be removed, however as I said his attempts are so weak given the company's overall progress from planning to finance and construction coupled with all the forward sales agreements required to get this far his argument is so pathetic and weak that it's almost comical and should be seen as such by investors that have done the minimum of research into their investment.

I love it when Chris France makes an appearances here, a person who makes no apologies for his agenda driven posting, it's not rocket science to work out what his agenda is because hes not the usual ramper/deramper we see so often here, anyone who has been around a few years recognizes his style under different identities, so folks don't ever be under any illusions his agenda is to damage the company you are invested in, plain and simple he desperately wants Sirius to fail, the reason would definitely be speculation on my part from a very disgruntled ex shareholder from years ago to a local who strongly objects to this Mine near to his home patch but make no mistake he's been around many years trying to unsettle unwary investors, the irony is that more often than not he appears just before another leap forward in the progress of the world stage company, however his rather pathetic attempts become weaker and weaker as the mine progresses towards production.

Myosotis, from the very first public planning meetings years ago I witnessed Sirius management offer to work with ICL for the future benefit of both company's I've been around and seen this often repeated, I've whitnessed the look of flustration on Chris Fraser's face at some of the tactics and rebuttals of that hand of mutual cooperation, this hasn't been a one off offering its continual yet to this day the management of ICL have rebutted and done everything they can to damage the success of Woodsmith, a very backward looking ideology given the scale of the resource and the extra benefits to our region mutual cooperation would bring.

Hi PopEx nice to hear from you on this site, shame that the III site is a ghost of its previous self, yes it's true there was a big poster of the famous saying on SXX's head office when I visited during the planning stage, they have now moved into a much bigger Head Office but I'd be very surprised if that poster isn't hung somewhere so everyone can see it,
"First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win” that has always stuck with me throughout the whole situation regarding people who have tried and failed to derail this project from the start, some for competitive reasons others for environmental reasons and some as I feel we witnessing on this very board out of some kind of twisted drive to try and unnerve current and potential investors, no different from the old III board back in the day, however as that famous quote states "then you win" so many people who could never imagine that this Mine is already well underway being proven wrong by the words of that quote makes this journey so satisfying beyond money for me, people I know in good well paid secure employment working for a company with an ethos that every single person is valued and brings something to the table in a way that's quite unique in this area.

Yes I'm a very proud supporter wherever possible in both time and as a shareholder in this world class business.

Myosotis, the real irony is with the benefit of hindsight those who have changed tack and are now Polyhalite themselves have over the long term and despite a very concerted effort have actually helped SXX's cause over the long term, not without some dark moments though.

From a personal perspective of being self employed in a competitive business for 36 years I have found that to get on with what you do to the best of your ability and ignore those that seek to discredit you for there own personal gain is a very beneficial tack to take, people are not stupid and can see through those who seek to harm you, it's paid dividends for me to keep my own council about such people on numerous occasions.

Myosotis, during the planning stages I was personally involved in supporting and helping SXX at every opportunity, I witnessed far far darker moments from those who seek to damage, stop this project from succeeding than this article in the FT by a country mile, in the grand scheme of where Sirius are in reality rather than highly miss leading piece of nonsense in the FT.

I'm on the doorstep to this project so perhaps have the benefit of a very real insight of SXX some of which is confidential some isn't but if I can say one thing it's this, the scale and magnitude of what's actually happening on the ground here is almost mind blowing to the uninformed or uninitiated, I'm not making this up, that article is absolutely insignificant to the reality of actual situation of this project.

For those who have mentioned the defamatory nature of them article in the FT and talk of litigation in a very emotive way please remember the ethos with runs through the very being of Sirius and is rightly and proudly displayed in their HQ:

My opinion is that this FT article is so poor in any factual merit that far too much attention has been given to it, just because it's in the FT!!! why, surely those that have read this publication over a few years cannot fail to notice the deterioration in its quality of the journalism over the past couple of years, I personally have a friend who's whole career 45 years as a director in the financial services industry stopped subscribing to it a year ago because just how poor it has become.

Here in Scarborough we have the McCains food processing factory, a huge potato processing plant, as part of the trade off for the employment they create in our town we have to tolerate many thousands of tons of starch water pumped into the sea every year just North of one of the two bays we are blessed with, in recent times a lot of controversy has erupted because we have lost the Blue Flag water quality status of both bays in Scarborough, the McCains outfall is strongly suspected of playing a major part of this despite our local authorities apparent blindness to this the fishermen who have a very real knowledge of how the sea water conditions are effecting their livelihoods strongly feel they know were the problem lies.

So wouldn't it be just grand if as a consequence of Woodsmith mine production a source for all that dumped starch water could be mutually beneficial in the production of Poly4!!!.

Just a thought, I've no idea about the actual feasibility of this but it would be one very big feather in SXX's environmental credentials if they could solve an environmental problem that's not going to fix itself here in Sunny Scarbados.

Myosotis I'd have thought that a scan at ICL's accounts for Boulby would be all the credible info/data that CF needs to get a clear picture of what's happening and Boulby, I personally haven't but the amount of redundancy's and backtracking that they've done in the past couple of years tells me that things ain't exactly rosy in their garden, the company is undergoing massive restructuring due to debt throughout its entire core. Thankyou to all of you who have given feedback and thoughts on yesterday's AGM, at some point yesterday Sirius will have received some tragic news that I feel deserves a tribute on here, a man who did a great deal to support and help Sirius especially during the Planning Permission stages, indeed giving a wonderful speech at the actual Planning Meeting was tragically killed in a helicopter crash on Wednesday, Sir Barry Dodds the Lord Lieutenant North Yorkshire, a great man who was respected and liked by so many people RIP.

FE, you are right, so sorry arfer, it's only because of the amount of misinformation that's posted on here that does give me a degree of sceptisism when some posts inaccurate statements and I thought yours was quite misleading, but no need for my barbed remarks. FE, I regard tracylied with as much if not more concept as any poster on here that posts inaccurate information and have tried without success to get him to understand that quite often his misleading and at times laughable ramping actually does more damage to his cause than good, it's obvious that he claims to know far more about the actual current situation than he actually does, this leads to a total mistrust of him when he posts something that's factual and relevant, however I am prepaired to pull up anyone who posts inaccurate and misleading information whatever or whoever it relates to because in my experience the truth will always out and if false hope has been given beforehand it just leads to a worse situation further down the road. I must say that I am not suffering from stress over this share across my portfolio but that does not mean some are not, I can put a lot of the current SP problems here down to situations that EMED are not in control of and consider them to be in a far healthier position than a lot of miners to weather the current worldwide commodities storm. arfer, might I respectfully ask you to study what a placement to raise funds actually means because from where I'm standing you haven't a clue what your talking about with regards to the loan money being paid and to whom the shares where actually awarded to, you seem very ill informed about how this actually works leading you to make some very misleading posts. Read the Company RNS dated the 28th May 2015, it was a share placing which means the money does not have to be repaid, the shares were not given to the board as you state they were given to the cornerstone investors that provided the money just because the company's that provided the funds now have representatives on the BOD does not mean the shares were given to the BOD, your posts are very misleading. Before you answer, if you mean the shares issued to pay for the loans needed to complete the refurbishment of this mine to a producing operation that's quite a different matter completely and makes your description of shares given to the board inaccurate to say the least, that's not 'cynical' it's down right deceptive.
