VR94 well spotted I thought it was you. So Dan authored the RNS and certainly injected a bullish tone, as I said make no mistake the Nomad will have been all over it. Does suggest LR is busy, which he should be. I guess the "New low capex' is because we've had a lot of work - geotechnical etc that will impact the capex since the official figure in the SS. It was low already but sounds like its got even better. Personally I think they're pulling all the workstreams together to create the complete economics to present in one RNS. I can't see how the spatial representivity and retesting delets from various zones would take over three months, but as I always happily admit I'm not an expert. Please don't all faint at once :)

Apologies if it has been discussed, been on the go all day, but first thing I said the RNS seemed different. The old EUZ wouldn't have bothered defending the stock performance. I didn't fully agree with a couple of the points but was interested in the bullish tone. Just noticed it was authored by Dan not LR. It will have been scrutinised by the Nomad so nothing should be treated lightly in there. Particularly (was it mentioned by VR at some point?) the comment "a new low capex, high grade lead zinc and silver project towards development". I reckon even privately the most I've got out of LR is words to the effect of 'we believe we have a mine', 'we think it's a good project'. In a RNS they and the Nomad are happy to say 'progressing towards development', not possible or potential, I think that's quite interesting. To new investors I never make recommendations on buy / sell but I'll just say don't despair because of one down day when the mood of the board turns. Might go down tomorrow for all I know but it's the same asset as it was yesterday.

Oil & Cjen this is also where the ore sorting could be very important. If they can demonstrate its effectiveness you're not wasting money moving so much of the ore to the smelter which isn't going to yield our products. Could have a big impact on operating costs and possibly bring in more of the marginal grade asset as economically viable. Amazing to see the swing in sentiment today, just shows how the market is driven to work illogically at times, we knew no more about the important news when it was flying up and we still have no more facts to hand as it sank down again but compare the comments yesterday - nailed on certainty, 30's by close etc, to today - I should have sold, going to 5p etc and it could be two different companies some people are talking about.

Sideshow? Don't think Brikz thinks so, he must be sitting on a fortune. I wonder if the fact that JSE investors have had to pay the minimum 1c for so long has affected the eagerness to buy since consolidation?

Generally drops on these RNS's, investors in the project shouldn't care less - rampy traders might get stung.

Yep Conrad all good though I think this RNS should logically put the brakes on the SP, don't know how I missed this "Pre-consolidation the stock was highly volatile and pricing today has returned to roughly that of 12 months ago", yes but 12 months ago was before the sentiment crushing placement. Who knows what the SP will do today, probably the unexpected :) anyway I don't care, the prize here is in the final outcome which I am confident will be good but as we stand and as the RNS points out there is no new official information available to shareholders since this rally started.

Sorry RofT didn't see that as posting so not a direct rebuttal of you approving that bit. If you look at the Oct 19 presentation LR happily makes pier group comparisons based on mcap. I don't really get why they're adding that as a reason unless he's saying some potential investors wouldn't be able to get their heads around the greater significance of mcap over the SP in isolation.

It's very non-EUZ to suggest that current work not yet announced could be a supporting factor for the SP rise "Further work on recoveries and grade is in progress, the results of which will be announced in a timely manner". It's as if half the RNS is from the Nomad and the other half from EUZ but of course the Nomad has to sign off the whole thing. I must admit I don't get "The new, post share consolidation, pricing normalises Europa Metals next to the Company's peers and allows easier comparison of the equity valuation in the context of the Company's core asset". I've often referenced pier group comparisons and you simply do it on the mcap, you don't need the actual SP to be brought into line to do that.

Interesting I would anticipate a drop on this as there usually is on "The company knows no reason...." but I sense a change in tone in this RNS. The old EUZ would have left it at that and as investors we would be left scratching our heads but they have laid out the reasons why settling at this level is justified, I wonder if any other LTH's detect a change in culture here?

bmwman you're correct about the silver (and other metals doing well) but its pointless comparing the mcap to the resource unless you factor in the Capex, tax and ongoing operating costs. We still don't know the final economics so you can't look at estimations of metal in the ground and hope that means we're undervalued by factors of X. As it happens I'm bullish which will come as no surprise to regulars but you've got to dig the friggin stuff up.

How did you calculate the billions bmwman? I guess anything is possible as the asset is open to the east and at depth but this is quite a revelation so would you be happy to share your workings?

Trade are you accepting that Nightingale really couldn't sell all day? Sounds like a tall story to me, maybe I'm cynical but the overwhelming evidence is that buying and selling proceeded in a reasonably orderly fashion today on LSE (putting the JSE conundrum to one side).

Nightingale I sold a tiny fraction of my holding at 25p, won't go into the 'my holding is.....' but suffice to say it was £1000's in terms of the size of the trade. I was actually offered more than 25p but thought I would double check it wasn't still rising and then had to take 25. You could sell all day long look at the trades.

Pump and dump? Try looking into the meticulous work over the last year. Independent assay reports, independent JORC, independent metallurgy, all have been excellent.

Metal there's also a possibility of an updated SS to get the cores from 025 (which are our best ever) into the resource value. I guess we'd need to be able to pay AMS to update the JORC first. Euro dosh might just make that possible.

Metalhead we have an indicated and inferred resource.

I was told recently re. Euro funding "Watch this space". Could be a real Brucey Bonus if that lands, even a bit of breathing space would put us in an incredible position with negotiations. Anything on the scale to take us to PFS, well then we will have 'Played our Cards Right'. Don't worry I've got more, just not if you're under 40!

Bricks is fine, he thinks this has got a way to go yet - excellent judgement has Bricks. Collective pat on the back to the bulletin board for not mentioning cars - the most sure fire way to kill a rise.

There is always a reason VR. Nobody trolls a board like that without a motive. I sometimes wondered if they're disgruntled investors just taking it out on those still in, hoping for a gloat when the SP gets worse, or looking for a better entry / top up, who knows but we've had em all here!
