Surprised at the SP, I had the RNS as net neutral. I know he's not universally popular on here but I think the market doesn't like us losing the experience of CB. For me he would have been the deal maker - could his work have been done and his seat will be taken by a representative of another entity?

I think CJ also offered. I'm not against the idea VR and I applaud your initiative but I think now we're here awaiting critical mets and funding news those factors are so overwhelmingly important that its going to dwarf the significance of improved pr. I have also seen AIM companies with slick websites showing the definitive timelines and strategy fall flat on their arse when the true story doesn't match the promises.

The GM was on the 15th July so for a long time they felt they couldn't tell us who was doing it - believe me I tried as I was just interested. It occurred to me that it could be a clue to who we might cosy up with hence the confidentiality but just seems to be a service provider. Just a bit of a curiosity, might be nothing in it.

No there was a strange absence of the aggrieved from the GM. CJ and Brikz spoke up. I asked a couple of questions but the only contribution from the moaners was a childish graphic on their webcam. Fair play to Dan as they weren't dismissed from the meeting but did whoever it was speak? No of course not. Going back to one of those questions I did ask why (at that time) we didn't know who was doing the ore sorting. They didn't directly answer and I got nowhere on it by email. As of today we know it's Bara Consulting, I can't understand why was it confidential until now.

I can't argue with your sentiment Jupes but you're wrong to say 'everything' I said is 'again opinion'. Silver IS approaching US$27/oz and someone IS hoovering them up in chunks, also higher commodity prices do bring more of the resource into play if sustained. So my post started with some facts and then I became more speculative. I think that's fairer.

Not necessarily Jupes someone is hoovering them up in chunks. Silver is bearing down on US$27/oz, the market has to wake up to this soon. If this is sustained more of the marginal mineralisation zones come into play (as long as the industrial commodities don't fall off a cliff). Someone posted an interesting article on leverage in mining last week. To be fair investors can get exposure in other silver plays that don't have funding question marks and are producing but that's where the EU funding bit gets interesting. If Laurence can deliver on that it's a completely different ball game with possible partners, just think how strong our position would be. Potential suitors could even end up being surplus to requirements at this stage.

Yes it might well for all I know but Rob likely news flow is in the RNS:

· A new, third phase, metallurgical study, being conducted by Wardell Armstrong International ("WAI").

· An ore sorting analysis programme conducted by Bara Consulting.

· A product marketing and sales initiative.

· EU grant application for project funding.

· Awaiting Investigation Permit decision by the Junta of Castilla y León for a further three years.

I wouldn't know for sure which will come first. Certainly don't expect the JORC for a month or so. That will be very exciting.

Well put Brikz, I would just mention one thing, I think when they say 'new' third phase I don't think they mean literally another third phase but are referring to the current third phase. I could be wrong but thought that might be potentially slightly misleading when I first read it.
