May I call you DW? I agree as things stand we don't have the money to even move the ball forward to PFS let alone develop this thing but the further we progress the work the easier financing becomes. As for the skill set I'll paste Jesús' profile in a moment but there's no reason that an exploration company can't evolve and recruit accordingly. Naturally explore - prove -derisk and sell is the model most junior explorers work to (and the vast majority fail) but I think we might be be in a unique situation here, really intriguing. Here's Jesús:
"Jesús Montero is Mining Engineer with further specialization in mine planning and design and Project appraisal. He has over 16 years experience in mining industry from exploration to production stages. Mr Montero has been involved in the design and development of two flagship mining projects in Spain: Berekely Energia Salamanca and Cobre Las Cruces. Jesús has participated in the evaluation of Cu, U, Ta, Sn, Li, W, Fe, projects in Spain and abroad. With a Master Degree in Mining Engineer he began his career as Project engineer for different industrial minerals operations in Spain, then he worked for the Inmet Mining operation (First Quantum now) Cobre Las Cruces as senior Planning and Design Engineer. Working as Mining Manager at Berkeley Project for over 8 years he founded MiningSense, a mining advisory firm specialized on providing advice on mining projects-planning, economics and strategy".
