Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
I think the opposite. Anglo American have a year end of 31 December, so could be to align to their year end which I'd think is more likely to make it a buy rather than JV. But thats all speculation at this stage.
If forumulab is as good as what research indicates, we're looking at a company that could be worth 20 billion in a couple of years if not bought out by then. I'm confident this is a game changing investment.
I am confident this is worth a couple of £bn minimum in 1 or 2 years so I'm holding for at least that long as this will be a monster. In fact if this isn't bought out I think we could easily bag multiple times from here still.
Would they not already have agreed a provisional offer prior to DD. No point in doing all that work if the offer would not be acceptable to AA.
TILS, it won't be on AIM for long now as its listing on main market but it's an exciting proposition.
Read the rns from the other day. Granted it was anacedotal but they wouldn't have released that if it was going to be followed by bad news from the top line data.
I want more than that. StemprintER alone should be worth more.
I don't think so personally as why would be go through the admin and process of listing accustem if we already had a buyer at the right price. I thought the intention of the demerger was to maximise the shareholder value and to make the market realise exactly what we have here. It doesn't make sense to me why they'd demerge the company if they could have quickly found a buyer at the right value.
Those averaging down now from the placing would need to buy a lot of shares to get their average down and would do so without the added benefit of accustem. Saying that I've been buying for 9 months now without selling a single share as I believe in the board and the company.
Always do valuations based on market cap. £1bn market cap is 14.3p and I personally think we could do an ITM and get to £2bn market cap which would be 28.6p. Money and government support is pouring into this sector and Biden will be backing green energy which is only a good thing for eqt. I think rockets will be needed as there is plenty of room for growth.
I think tils has everything in place now to become a real major force. We just need positive trial results and then we'll motor. Hoping 2021 sees all this potential realised.
Target price is $8 for TLSA which translates to about £3 TILS. Loads of upside from here still.
It's all about gathering interest from the IIs who like shares to be regulated on the main market where there is more stringent corporate governance and scrutiny of accounts to ensure companies are what they present themselves to be.
Thanks I did try that and it still came up with link removed. Essentially was a link from uni of Birmingham showing a nasal spray developed there to fight covid 19 and showing great results. Could be a positive sign for forumulab.
