KDR court case was brought by two landowners and isn’t completely resolved so can you imagine the weight of opposition in Ireland from various bodies let alone landowners! It’s going to be a very difficult hurdle to cross and any prospective JV partner will be fully aware of the issues and run a mile.

The prof is probably concentrating on KDR. The court case is virtually out of the way now so they are going to need a fund raiser to keep the ball rolling there too.

I agree with Fairview. This is a lost cause. As Fairview so rightly says the fund raising is a real issue and the chance of a JV deal is virtually nil. I agree with him also in that the board must be considering taking this private.

Have seen companies when they are in dire need delist and leave the stock market. The result is the pi’s are completely shafted and left with nothing. The prof doesn’t have a lot of options. 20 odd years later and who is going to fund the prof’s salary.

Sp holding remarkably well…

The sp drop seems to be part of a wider picture. The banks and technology have taken a massive hit over the last couple of days around the world. If anything Aviva is holding up pretty well.

9 year old rns’s don’t bode well. As for a JV deal in a populated area and far from a third world country, the red tape and court injunctions would be enough to tie any proposal up for the next 20 years. Got to be realistic. I’m getting lots of “ message filtered “ in pretty greeen. Every time someone posts our favourite bot appears as if by magic !

Used Admiral multi car years ago. Once they hook you the premiums shoot up and the process of leaving becomes complicated and expensive . Found it better to shop around and have premiums at different times of the year. Actually have a single policy car policy with Admiral at the moment but none with Aviva, my largest holding. Just my musings.

The gold is there, it’s worth a punt, the sp is in the doldrums but for no reason it did spike for a day. Very in depth analysis. Like catching a falling knife.

Called in to buy an Ethernet adapter and the shop was empty apart from a dozen or so staff. Eventually found one which wasn’t on their website or elsewhere for a price comparison. The amount of items that were not available was astounding ! Went to pay for the item but nobody on the tills. Went to returns and split up a huddle of 4 employees and was told how busy they were ? The shop and car car park were empty! The item had been wrongly priced with a £20 difference. A red face and excuses but refused to honour the lower price. This is not the first time I have had issues with Currys customer service and is always a last resort to buy from them.

They have virtually no competition on the high street so should be doing a lot better. Their staff don’t want to be there and are anything but motivated. Need to stock their shelves and do something about their staff.

KDR is going well at the moment. Another success story. In no time at all both CGNR and KDR will have enough gold and diamonds to make a ring!
