I enjoy reading this board and appreciate other share tit-bits... This is a relatively slow moving share and would be a boring site without a little off topic chat...g.l all

For an investment company there ain't much happening unless they think that the banks 1.75% is a safe interest rate and better than the bod can manage!

i am quite content with the rns and can see no major issues. Slight hiccup with production numbers due to testing various machines which will pay in the long run.

If there was any notable news Rm2 would be duty bound to disclose it ! Coming up on 4 months and all is frighteningly quiet....

The present board are behaving like spoilt children with a secret ! Hopefully Milroy get the votes and oust the present bod. Wsx could be likened to a headless chicken with zero sense of direction and is virtually worthless now ! Milroy cannot possibly do a worse job.. good luck to them..

It is very strange that they opted for a delist, sighting the 1 year lock-in as the reason, resulting in locking themselves in anyway ? The aim can be a very cruel mistress for the pi ! I personally don't believe that this was a spur of the moment decision by the bod and is a ridiculous reason for delisting !

J.P. Jenkins...Congratulations ! Thought of you as i read the rns..spot on... will they ever relist ? That is the million dollar question...

You make mention of fashion retail 'whose profits are dictated by a customers tastes, time of year, weather and what the latest celeb is looking like etc'.... what you did not mention is that applies to all retailers ! We agree that Rm2's customers are purely driven by costs and aside from straight sales these are rental pallets and if prices are set correctly they will be successful. The Bod should be very savvy in this area.. You have to remember that this is not a startup company ! A company of this size will know exactly were they need to be in the marketplace. Time will tell. g.l.

I agree that Rule 7 is definitely a cause for concern...Has this has been used as a get out of jail free card, or to some the great escape ! This is only a lock in for one year ! This has been suspended for over 5 months so whats another year. Did they only invest for the short term reckoning Matra would be pumping vast quantities of oil in weeks or months and they could then cash in ? This is a very weak reason for delisting, but in my opinion this was perhaps always the plan! Pulling out of Russia always struck me as strange. A full relocation to another continent ? Why not drill again or take in a partner?

Delisted shares can be bought and sold legally but the problem is finding a buyer. If Matra decided to delist prior to suspension they would have been legally obliged to make each and everyone an offer for their shares, unless they were bankrupt or approaching bankruptcy. It would be up to the individual to decide if they wanted to sell. Delisting while suspended is however another bag of weasels and negates the need to make an offer unfortunately.

Usually a company gives notice of a delisting and gives its stockholders time to sell. Unfortunately in this case it has not happened due to the suspension! Was this always the plan? We will never know! The bod must have known about rule 7 ? The company, if it has the cash, may offer to purchase shares but at what value ? But why should they? They have your money!

I hope all works out for the current shareholders but in my opinion this has turned into a real mess.. I wonder what the bod have planned ? You can be sure that it will be in their best interests and not those of the pi's ! g.l. all

lol.... lots of shops sell clothes..... some sell cheap clothes and some sell expensive clothes, which are perhaps very similiar but not all business models are the same and neither are their sales and profits.. Next is a prime example... an opinion costs nothing ;-(
