Page 8...The Company has changed its financial year-end date from 31 December to 31 March starting from the financial year of 2014. The change is to align the Company’s financial year-end with CGH to facilitate the preparation of the Company’s consolidated financial statements. The Company’s statutory accounts for the fifteen months from 1 January 2013 to 31 March 2014 will be published by the end of July 2014. As a result payment of the Company’s normal annual dividend will be deferred three months to November 2014 but will be related to a fifteen month period

Had a more detailed browse on their website and everything is looking good. Debt and cash are very healthly. Divi to be paid in Nov14 but no details of how much ? If this was any other company the sp would be through the roof but as its Fortune we could be lucky to hit 13p :-)

I agree with your sentiments...there is money in the bank and CGH has outperformed expectations so like you i reckon the divi is a given, if nothing more than to placate the market ...

They mentioned in their may RNs that the annual report would be released in July. July started over 3 weeks ago...:-) I wonder if there are any shockers in store ?

Fortune is cutting it fine if we are to get the companies annual report by July end !

This really is ticking along nicely. As lego said perhaps another director buy or could it be that we are due an update? I feel that the rise we have had over the last month is going to need something to sustain it !

Great finish to the week. Tried making a barbeque with the pallets.. Leaves the sausages very smokey ! On the plus side you don't need as much charcoal. Some would say environmentally friendly.. Time to rearrange the sofa into a futon....

Spot on... We might be sitting in limbo waiting for news but the bod buys are definitely very encouraging. These are huge sums of money that they are investing....inspires confidence.. these pallets chairs are darned uncomfortable..
