Commenting on the appointment, Gary Bullard, Non-Executive Chair at AFC Energy,
They seem pretty confident. What a great read. Glah
From the recent S Cell order RNS:
Following progress made by AFC Energy in delivering on its new high energy dense "S" Series AEM fuel cell technology.
This was followed by the Shipping RNS yesterday.
I wonder what we can expect next.

Dr A - I have yet to take a look at the slides but will do. Thank you
Has anyone heard anymore about the IPO regarding dates and publication of the prospectus. Thank you
DNV, one of the world's leading classification and certification bodies in the maritime industry, and partner to the ZeroCoaster programme, has now evaluated the design and integration of the alkaline fuel cell module with in-built cracker and concluded that the design complies with all relevant maritime rules, regulations and standards.
Better known as "Approval in Principle" ("AiP"), DNV's positive assessment of the ZeroCoaster design marks another key milestone in unlocking the vast potential of Green Ammonia as a zero-emission fuel within the maritime industry, alongside deployment of AFC Energy's marinised, high energy dense fuel cell platform and cracker module. The AiP confirms the design is feasible and that there are no obstacles that could prevent the solution from being realised.

Good RNS today - seems like a targeted and well considered approach. GLAH
the next line of the RNS which states that the £10M was part of a wider £26M. Interesting indeed.
HydrogenOne's investment in HiiROC forms part of a c. £26 million fundraising round, introducing other new investors including Melrose Industries, Centrica, Hyundai and Kia, alongside existing strategic investors Wintershall Dea and VNG.
Hydrogen One invests £10M in HiiROC - RNS today
HydrogenOne Capital Growth plc
£10 million investment in turquoise hydrogen company HiiROC Limited
HydrogenOne Capital Growth plc ("HydrogenOne" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce that it has signed definitive agreements for a private equity investment of £10m in HiiROC Limited ("HiiROC"), an innovative supplier of clean hydrogen production technology, on 26th November 2021.
With this purchase of a minority equity stake, HydrogenOne has the right to a board seat at HiiROC.
Morning Wolves, you make some very good points. It will be interesting to see how much information we are given regarding number of shares and percentage. This would normally come in a prospectus so perhaps this is already to go. I cant recall if PHE have ever gone down this route offering parts of the company to PI's as I am thinking they have not so hats off to HUI. Glah
Hi Wolves, my very simplistic approach considers that the DMG 'development' work is completed and that HUI are going to use that very same technology. PHE MCap was circa £185M for UK and other territories so on this basis I thought roughly a quarter of that was reasonable given the multiples of units that have been mentioned. That said valuation is difficult without the number of shares and percentage as you stated. So my reasonableness valuation is a bit of an educated guestimate based on history, potential and IPO interest of which I believe has been healthy. I will be partaking in the IPO if I can. All Just my opinion and not advice for anyone. Things need to start moving on FOAK at Protos but HUI do seem very proactive and I like that.
Hi Wolves, thanks for your post. I will give it some thought and see if there is anything I can add to it / offer another viewpoint / confirm agreement with your thoughts today at 15:05.
Thanks Jacob, I got the £5k minimum during a conversation with Jon yesterday also. There have already two different proposed valuations posted on this board so lets see what develops next week.
Very interesting. Clearly they see a bright future for their business. Snam own 35%.

Hi Wolves,
I have not and it is just my initial opinion based on the proposed valuation referred to by Moggy. It is not backed up by any analysis. Would be interested in other opinions as to whether it is thought to be reasonable or otherwise. Not sure how they could come up with an MCAP without IPO take up known.
Thanks Moggy, that valuation seems reasonable to me based on potential rollout as they seem to be pretty proactive. Lets see what information comes out and how it develops but is certainly interesting and exciting times. PHE are valued higher, are awaiting financial close and have planning permission.
Hi Moggy, where does your £45M Valuation come from please.
Thanks z-cars. Missed the call but will ring him back this afternoon.
