Agreed Strechum, only MCAP of Β£7mio post acquisition, this can easily double from the 10p raise, as it touched already 14p before the deal. This one is one of the stocks where I will probably need to resist the usual urge to sell half and instead hold all medium term and wait patiently as we all know that these types of stocks have an incredible upside potential from these low MCAP levels IF the asset delivers in a mega hot sector. Note the CEO comment if the last RNS: The Placing will enable us to complete the Acquisition and to fund the very exciting pre-clinical drug development programme around Midkine-based therapeutics being pursued by Lyramid. We believe that the Lyramid pre-clinical programme, utilising oligonucleotide drugs, has the potential to deliver ground breaking advances in the treatment of several disease targets including COVID-19, cancer, autoimmune disorders and chronic inflammation - and that this can be achieved rapidly and at a significantly lower cost than historical traditional drug methods."
