Wyndrum, as we have time to chat over the next week or two and as you seem to be the most knowledgeable poster on charts, can you please let me know if I'm correct in thinking that a) there is a gap at 3.35-3.50 b) that these typically get filled c) that if the gap is not filled it's looked at as a sign of strength . Got a feeling that as we move through the usual post list churn and attract via interviews, such as the one below, new medium term investors and short term traders we will slowly move upwards. My pure guess is that as many shares are tightly held and especially if they deliver on the recycling side with plants and deals we could this year head considerably higher (in my mind this could even be pushed to around £100mio MCAP ie 8-9p) on the back of forward looking revenue increases in a few years from the recycling side and applying a small multiple. I'm actually selling a few small other holdings to get a bit more cash ready for another top up, as I got a feeling that the MM might take this down a little bit further to close a gap created on the way up between 3.35-3.50. We all know that these gaps get closed and money comes in at that stage, let's see.

Dai2 , the new board took over Andalas as a set up ready to go corporate shell which was faster for their purposes ie drop in an asset. They changed the board, relinquished old worthless assets, changed name to ADV, closed first Buffalo deal with a cost/raise well above mcap at the time, hence the RTO suspension when they did Buffalo. Money was raised at 2.6p and as in the early stages at RRE, once any churn has finished the fact that they did an accretive transaction created the first price re-rate to 4p ish with the hope that the price will go higher if Buffalo comes in as commercial. If this happens they will be able to raise money for the next transaction at a higher level, which in turn is less dilutive as less shares will be issued. If the next deal is very large say as an example $50-100mio they might need another RTO and the same will happen again ie share suspended and raise and re-open at higher price, thereafter maybe no further RTO suspension might be required if we hit say a £100 mcap. If the next deal is a producing deal that might be able to borrow against that producing cash flow and have to issue little equity. What I know is that these guys are smart and have skin in the game so they will do any deal and fund it in the best possible way to drive price appreciation. However, one step at the time ie let's get the Buffalo result first. Nothing moves fast in this business and that's why I'm here with a 3-5 year horizon in the hope of exceptional returns.

Jezzac, as you say we have been here 2 years, 15-20 days will fly by. I suspect that at some point soon selling will be complete and we will move back up to the previous highs before results.

Dai2 our board is mega smart, they were/are looking at a few deals which met their criteria. They took this company over as a shell to drop them in if/when they manage to close them. I think they would have liked to close the production deal first to provide some cash flow but Buffalo was the first to close so they did that as an RTO, as they were keen not to loose it and raised money from larger institutional and HNWI clients. I guess that they could have closed a second one now but I suspect that it’s of such size that it requires another RTO so the plan is clearly to finish Buffalo, hopefully see a re rate and thereafter work hard to close another deal I guess in the first half of this year and possibly a second one later In the year and so on. Remember that RRE did a couple of RTOs to start with as the mcap was low but clearly the share price moved significantly higher in the process. Again I have accumulated as I hope that we are just at the start of a possible RRE trajectory if Buffalo delivers and other deals land DYOR

Not worried, 200dd is around 90p and therefore it always takes a bit to break as some sell into it. As mentioned before I'm here medium term and will only sell some later this year when we get around 160 ie the previous highs.

Hms the reality is that my 2 top holdings TGR and ADV have limited liquidity for the size of the position I have taken, but sufficient to allow top slicing, which I did on the way up, and fulfil my aim to hold most for 3-5 years with a target of x5+, whilst not getting bothered by short term fluctuations. I always enter large positions as early as possible when the company has a small MCAP to allow the potential to achieve already medium term that kind of returns. Enough from me and time to wait patiently.

RNS out, great to see all progressing as expected. Dai2 thanks for that link to remind us of Leslie's comments. I started investing when ADV's MCAP was below £30mio pre Buffalo and added since and will keep most now at around £39mio MCAP as I think and hope that our MCAP could grow over the next couple of years to 200-300 mio on the back of a commercial discovery at Buffalo and other deals. The board is as good as it gets and they base their target assessment on a $50-55 oil price medium term which seems sensible. None of us knows what Buffalo or other similar assets will deliver, nor where the oil price will be in 2023-2024, nor what the costs will be nor our revenues or if the strategy will succeed. I can risk this money having the peace of mind that I have picked a small cap with probably the best board vs MCAP, clear and simple sensible strategy picking projects with the best possible CoS, connections with lenders etc and leave other to guess what the future will bring, especially those invested in oil companies with an inexperienced board with no skin in the game or exploration assets or lifestyle strategy to only suit the board (and there are many in this sector as we know). As usual DYOR and take risks in any share in accordance with your risk tolerance and appetite.

We all have our opinion, also for me most are pure pump and dump, think of the companies which are a shell without any substance at all, but I completely disagree with you regarding TGR and TM1, as these have assets, a smart board with skin in the game, contacts, a business strategy and will derive in my opinion year on year revenue growth and generate above market returns if held, as I do, medium/long term. Ultimately don't follow twitter posts or the opinion of Sausage or mine without DYOR.

EnergyGeo, thanks for further feedback on various aspects. I have spoken on various occasions with some board members and these guys are incredibly smart and experienced and are well aware of the points mentioned by you below regarding financing etc (as also covered by Leslie over the various interviews done last year). After a couple of decades of investing in small oil companies I have learned that backing an inexperienced board and/or a high risk exploration well reduces your chance of making a profitable investment significantly. We have got an asset with a great potential and a smart board with plenty skin in the game.

By the looks of it that a large sale got worked today and booked after close which probably dragged us down; tomorrow or in a few days we’ll bounce at the same speed as most selling will be done and cash coming in from people closing other quick trades.

SF I think that January and February will be very interesting indeed with plants coming onstream and surely related news flow; time to buy is as always when all is quiet and we are below radar. Think that 2022 will reward us handsomely.

Spot on Bladey, I'm very relaxed and bought a few more. Some who have sold for a quick trade in lower CoS companies such as 88E, DELT, MATD, TRP etc will be back in a few days, as soon as those run out of steam. Even I like a quick trade, but usually get one right and one wrong and don't get anywhere, hence I keep it simple and invest where the CoS are in my favour and where we are not talking exploration, unproven oil fields etc and a board who have done it before.

Reggie fully agree. Not sure when but £1 first stop and thereafter I think we will slowly work our way back to the £1.60 previous highs and possibly the big £2 figure. There is some resistance around high 80s/90ish, but looks to me that we will break that and once done it will attract a lot of investors working on technicals. The nice thing with TGR is that it's progressing on all fronts and revenue will increase significantly to support the move.
