I only made significant money investing early and holding a few small cap shares medium-long term, whilst top slicing on the way up. DYOR research and sticking to it is very difficult. I have a couple of larger broker accounts where I stick to my medium-long term philosophy and a small XO account where I do some shorter term trades for fun following other opinions sometime and it reminds me all the time not to follow other people's ideas without looking into a stock or waiting for the right time to buy. As a result on the XO I usually make small losses most of the time, whereby I make considerable returns on the larger accounts. Temptation, FOMO etc are not conducive to making money from my experience. Also follow only a handful of sources which seem more trustworthy otherwise you get far too much input.

Yes I do, the rig move is getting closer my friend and Buffalo could I repeat could bring us £250-300 mio in a couple of years which is a huge amount for a small cap like ADV. As simple as that.

Seagull you asked me on the ADV board when I expect the next leg up. I bought before listing and after listing at these low 3s as I think that we will not go lower but rather move towards 4-5p during December and January. Retail interest is growing and there will be excitement when the first plant starts, additional contracts will land, news on the mining etc plus I expect when we get to £50-75mio mcap institutional investors joining as the battery recycling business will grow yoy. That will make the investor book even more tight and in strong hands and at that stage we will continue to move higher towards 10p+. Just my thoughts but DYOR

SGF I’ll give you an answer on the TM1 chat and keep this to ADV, speaking of which I’m really pleased we are almost there and hope Oiler is back in. I’ll keep a very large position into results as I see ADV having an upside potential far greater than downside but there is always a degree of risk investing in any share and people with capital that they cannot loose, like a deposit on a house as someone has mentioned, need to protect their capital investing into any share.

Welcome and may I say great choice and entry at these low 3p level looks well timed. Added some myself today to an already very large position, but think that next couple of months will be very interesting, both as some of the pre-ipo and ipo churn will reduce and the company will issue various progress updates both on the pure mining side and the battery recycling part which makes TM1 such an outstanding and unique proposition.

Pretty sure it is. I bet a lot of people are waiting on the sidelines for months to invest once the rig moves and spud starts.

By Optiva post results gives a 12 month 150p target (DCF model target 294p). Remain of the idea that this is a very interesting entry level for medium/long term investors

Crocqman, fully agree with your comments. But as someone who has been speaking with Shishir from early days I'm very comfortable to state as a long term holder that I truly think that TGR can become a mid cap, yes it will take a few years but this company has the team and strategy to deliver that. I can't say that for many other small cap companies I hold.

Bought a few more, getting closer by the day to the long awaited rig move. Long wait almost over.

Bought some more on my side too DBD, low 3s is a top up zone also for me as I can see this going much higher over the next weeks and few months.

Bassadet, agree with you in as much as I see the graphene commercialisation longer term, which is also what the company always stated, and really see exponential revenue growth on the mining and downstream speciality graphite for fire ******ants, spherical re EV anodes etc. They are very smart in creating the markets and demand for their products to produce and sell where demand lies, very smart team indeed. Other graphite plays are years behind TGR and the 2022 year will be game changing again for us.

Delivering on all fronts mining, downstream, speciality, graphene. You can see the massive revenue growth in the speciality part of the business which we are now consolidating into TGR. Mid cap in the making, massive buying opportunity for mid term investors if you can wait 2-3 years. Note also: We expect commercialisation of at least one of the many bulk graphene applications we are working on and remain prepared to install additional capacities as markets are developed.

Noticed that too, but both ADV and CVN have included a very clear statement in their RNSs and I'm convinced that they would have not included it if they had any doubts ie 'with the last remaining regulatory approvals expected prior to receipt of the rig', so I'm relaxed about it, but clearly see it as a negative if you like. In all honesty I could find further negatives with ADV or other shares I hold, it's all part of the risk reward aspect of investing . East Timor are desperate about revenues from oil firms so can't see that as an issue.

Not many of these around and will save us paying interest. These were issued very early days when we started our journey.

Massive top up opportunity for investors will not last long in my opinion on the back of an overdone correction as the company is progressing on all fronts, but has been less vocal recently ie new mining asset and resource added, extensive work to increase progressively downstream speciality and composites etc. I, as an almost TR1 holder, have taken some off the table when we traded much higher, but am definitively not selling any more until we go up significantly and would assume many other sellers have now exited. It's always the same, RSI oversold and company progressing will lead to buying resuming after we bottom out at these levels. We are producing revenues and these will grow year on year, buy good companies when unloved and top slice when everybody is excited. .
