Tissue Regenix Group plc (AIM:TRX) ("Tissue Regenix" or "the Group"), the regenerative medical devices company, today announces that it has signed seven independent regional sales distribution agreements in the United States. The regional distributors' represent over 40 sales representatives that will actively promote DermaPure™, Tissue Regenix's dCELL® human dermis into acute care hospitals, Veteran Affairs (VA) Hospitals and institutions as well as Long Term Acute Care hospitals (LTACs) in the US. 6.5 million US patients are afflicted by chronic wounds currently. The partnership with CTS and the new distribution groups is allowing Tissue Regenix to target the existing $1.4bn market for wound healing devices & equipment, which is anticipated to reach $1.5bn by 2016 With the aim of targeting all the states within the US, Tissue Regenix intends to sign further distribution agreements to ensure sales coverage exists in all US metropolitan areas by the end 2014. DermaPure™ also remains on course for its commercial launch in the US during the first three months of 2014.

Trading between the top & bottom bands now whilst we await the news, based on the guidance given it must be close now, when the initial news released in Dec the SP moved up quite quickly, hopefully same will happen again. GLA.

We've passed back up through the bottom band in a strong upward movement. I expect it will hit the top band around 29p, if the news due hits we'll surely fire through that level and have a good push into the mid 30p's. The potential here is so so big. Our for product for use with acute and chronic wounds seems to be dstined to become the market leader due to its clinical successes & with 6.5 million US patients are afflicted by chronic wounds currently & the partnership with CTS and the new distribution groups now allowing Tissue Regenix to target the existing $1.4bn market for wound healing devices & equipment, which is anticipated to reach $1.5bn soon if we mop up market share then our MC still looks tiny. Once proven in the US theres then africa & the rest of the world. IMO this could rocket.

The distribution agreements will now allow Tissue Regenix to promote DermaPure™ in the following states: Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, Montana, New Mexico, Arizona, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Texas, Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, Maine and New Hampshire. Tissue Regenix established its USA subsidiary ‘Tissue Regenix Wound Care Inc.’ as part of its commercialisation strategy for its dCELL® technology platform. In June this year the operation signed a processing agreement with Community Tissue Services (CTS), one of the largest tissue banks in North America. Through the agreement with CTS, Tissue Regenix’s dCELL® technology is now being applied to produce DermaPure™, for use with acute and chronic wounds. 6.5 million US patients are afflicted by chronic wounds currently. Yes you are correct. I was looking at one brokers target, but have since seen there are higher ones.

Have stayed well below SP - are they likely to be revised up or will we drop back in line with the 19p + targets?

I never said this was "breaking news" but its all from the last couple of months so it is relevent to the traction taking place in growth & SP rise. If it were the reverse and news was negatitive then that would be a reason not to invest. Also whats not factored in yet other than the growth traction is the fact we have now switched to economic recovery where shares like this, that are consumer spending driven thrive. Barclays have this as a 65p short term target & overall broker ratings is a BUY. SP I see as rising to 70p (ish) if they continue to build on progress made & the economic recovery continues, if at late march they announce the merger is likely and we become part of what would already be a £3.8 billion pound company with potential to really mop up market share big time (reason it may be refered to mergers commision) then I see £1 plus (albeit the re-vamped SP will change and as such its hard to compare). So no merger then this is a strong recovery play, merger and skys the limit!! Hence BUY at presnt rather than strong buy, but that may change. DYOR.

Dixons Retail plc, one of Europe’s leading specialist multi-channel electrical retailing and services companies, today announces trading for the period from 1 November 2013 to 4 January 2014.  The Group delivered a second consecutive year of strong growth over the important Christmas period.  UK & Ireland like for likes up 5% with further market share gains and a particularly strong post Christmas sale period.  Well-established multichannel offering with internet-led sales growing by 23%  Northern Europe like for likes up 2%, trading ahead of its competitors.

The firm is cash positive having managed to wipe out net debt and it indicated that it planned to start issuing a dividend soon.

PC World and Currys owner Dixons said soaring demand for tablet computers and a dearth of competition from collapsed rivals fuelled its first interim profit in six years. The electronics retailer has been busy revamping stores and merging its two UK brands under one roof, driving a 12 per cent rise in underlying sales in the UK.

I am not saying that the split of the merger will be a £1, I am saying that: Barclays already has a 65p target & now the economy is growing strongly and dixons has found its footing we get a reverse of prev and strong consumer demand fuels growth & profits & we get to a £1...... The merger stregthens the company creating a £3.8 billion major player & my shares become worth a lot more than current value & after the merger has gone through we go from stregnth to stregnth (SP goes up from what ever they have re-set it to.... All ways lead to a healthy profit imo.

.........making a merger of equals possible should shareholders on both sides give their respective blessing....Both Mcaps are very similar albeit dixons have more shares in place. When the new comapny is formed it will be on the basis of equals. Barclays already rate dixons at 65p target & now we are in recovery phased of the economy & dixons have found their footing as the economy grows so will their revenue and profits (a reverse of prev in effect). If the merger does happen then the company will be worth £3.8 Billion and that is ignoring the strong growth the combined companies will generate. £1 will happen its just a question of when. IMO, you are welcome to yours!

From recent Telegraph article..... Based on Monday's closing prices, Dixons has a market capitalisation of £1.84bn, while Carphone has a value of £1.92bn, making a merger of equals possible should shareholders on both sides give their respective blessing.... So market capital of merged sompany WOULD BE circa £3.8 Billion & due to the fact that this would propel them into the FTSE 100 & give them a very strong market share the market cap would be expected to grow strongly from there, so £1 will do...... for starters!!

The two companies, whose combined revenue is estimated to about 12 billion pounds (20 billion dollars), made an official statement today, revealing that negotiations between them are at an early stage and the outcome is still to be seen. If the merger happens £1 could easily be reached. As noted below barclays have them at 65p rating without the merger.

Other equities research analysts have also recently issued reports about the stock. Analysts at Investec reiterated a “buy” rating on shares of Dixons Retail PLC in a research note on Tuesday... Finally, analysts at Barclays reiterated an “overweight” rating on shares of Dixons Retail PLC in a research note on Monday, February 17th. They now have a GBX 65 ($1.08) price target on the stock.... Given the potential merger & the interest that could generate the upside may be more.
