Saw this with Moni when it dropped from 25p to 12p they put themselves up for offers. Omega were buying big at the time and there was a shortage of shares. MMs tried walking sp down a few times to shake out sellers but when that didn't work and Omega wanted orders filled it soon bounced to 25p (has had major issues since but that's due to apple pay getting ahead of them and visa europe pulling out). Anyway the point is when walking a share down to free up shares doesn't work when a major BUYer is active, as is the case here, then there is only one other way to go. Hold these tight in my opinion.

I think that RT is more interested in turning this into a significant technology company and that is why 20p is only his short term target. He probably expects his buying to cause the sp to reach that level. Where he will see the medium term value creation will be in his plans for growth. Once those plans are known we could then motor. Current mcap only £6 million so plenty of scope to grow the company and the sp. Current levels seem very cheap.

06 RNS. yesterday that told us QPE have now took holdings above 10% They have tweted that they may go as high as 29.99% Buying pressure should positively impact the sp They have set a short term sp target of 20p  RT sending an open letter to the BOD in Aug with his plans to grow the business.

The RNS out today confirms again that they are quickly passing thresholds of % holdings, so why not tweet such, its out in the public domain anyway. Maybe RT not too worried about what he pays for current shares he is already past 10%, will probably have to make offers to current holders to get to 29.99% anyway, and he may expect a MUCH higher sp after the open letter anyway. 20p is only the *short term* target.

@dr_investor92 We are buying more QPE but clearly are not the only buyers at the moments..... Yes, given the plans soon to be announced in an open letter and a short term sp target of 20p there are a few recognising the potential here I think !

I guess RT knows what opportunities and plans he has to reveal in his open letter, currently we don't. What we do know is you would only stake build (imo) and now above 10% if you know what you have up your sleeve is good. RT already knows what he has up his sleeve and he is just BUYing and BUYing and has bought both through QPE and also has put shares into his own personal holding... Now if I was a to take a guess as to whether he would be BUYing so heavy if he was not pretty confident as to what he has to offer... Who here would BUY over 10% (to date) just before issuing an open letter if it was not going to blow some socks off ? One other small clue, they have tweeted a short term sp target of 20p !

QPE notified today that their stake over 10% and are still buying. They have indicated that they intend t increase holding here to 29.99% and given th small amount of shares in free issue they may need to convince current holder to sell to it those figures and the shares become harder to buy on the open market. That kind of Buying pressure usually leads to good rises as demand is strong. Gla.

Was increasing its stake in BNC the sp went up from 40's to 80's. What happens when he hits 29.99% - Takeover ???

LONDON (Alliance News) - Consultancy and technology products company Imaginatik PLC on Monday said former Quindell PLC boss Rob Terry has further increased his stake in the company to slightly over 10%. Terry has been building up a stake both personally and via his Quob Park Estate Ltd investment vehicle in recent months. According to a regulatory filing made by Imaginatik on Monday, Terry and Quob Park now owns 10.04% of its shares, increased from the 9.05% stake it held last week.

Just noticed the 250K trade was a delayed trade from earlier. At the times sells were going through at 7.6 so on that basis this would have gone through less than that. On that basis I am going for it actually being a BUY. Given QPE are on record as still loading up here that fits with what we know.

This is moving up into high 8's. With pi's and QPE competing for very limited numbers of shares. Open letter to the board from RT in a week or so.

QPE have set 20p as their short term target and tweeted about taking holding to 29.99% which means they are only a third of their way through loading up here. I think this will be RT new technology play. Very exciting opportunity Imo.

RT is an entrepreneur and has proven that he can build significant businesses from scratch. He looks to be on the trail of building a new technology focused business with a particular focus on digital disruption. To this end he currently seems focused on two companies: Daniel Stewart, the investment bank offering corporate advisory, institutional stockbroking and wealth management services. Imaginatik the world's first full service innovation provider offering a range of consultancy and technology products and which already works with a number of blue chip companies. RTs previous companies have been technology focused which may suggest he wants Daniel Stewart as a safe pair of hands to offer financial and corporate assistance as needed to clients (could offer blue chips disruptive ideas and also funding advice and assistance to impement such) and also to grow IMTK into a much bigger technology company as he did with QPP. He may even look to BUY parts of Q or poach staff with the knowledge to set up equivalent businesses. He will have big ideas on the technology front and can have DAN at hand for corporate guidance and help. Open letter to IMTK coming from RT in August with some of his ideas, and possible takeover once 29.99% reached. Only circa 10% of shares not in the hands of major holders if QPE reach 29.99%, what effect might that have on current sp.......... Going to be very interesting here imo.
