Directors largest proportion of share options trigger at 50p.....

Agree this share is quality, given the ambitious nature of this company, huge II holdings, including Neil Woodford and the way the senior staff share options are structured i think your 25p call looks good.

Moving up again... Still bargain entry level imo

Worth noting that the minimum the senior staff can start to access their share options is at 10p, then they get double the amount of options at 20p with the majority at 50p. To sell the 10p options they will need the sp well above 10p to make a good profit and same 20p well above 20p and the 50p (which unlocks the majority of the options ) well over 50p. Guessing these options wouldn't actually be much of an incentive if the view was that none of these sp's can be achieved - so north of 10p seems to have buy in from the senior staff which reflects why IIs and Woodford held strong at 12p ready for bigger gains. Commercial partner news could be transformational here i guess.

Have BIG holdings here and held at 12p, why, because the rewards here are much higher. Share options at 50p.... This could be a great time to BUY

Still a 50% rise from here. Brokers note think 37p new target, see links below. I was in here before when it rose from mid teens to 36p but dropped back as US launch got delayed. Thats all history now, US launch done and sells rising well, new approvals granted and new product launches coming. Wonder what target sp will be then ? How much due diligence you think Neil Woodford did before recently upping stake significantly? Bet he can get early leads on news that we find out about much later. This is a gem !

Moving up here. Guess could see Woodford adding more or further Institutions BUYing before expected good news starts to land. Where Woodford leads others will follow....

Last time I was in and then dropped back as the US launch was a bit slower than expected, if we can build up full steam now as new products launch and sales increase lets hope new highs are hit.

You are correct, there are very few shares in free float, have a look at the list of institutional holders its quite impressive. Lots of good news due here. Woodford will have done his due diligence and knows this is cheap.

Its also seen sticky IIs, Neil Woodford through in a further £10 million and his fund holds 33% Some large holders traded at higher levels but bought them back. The drop and *more exciting* prospects elsewhere have seen this slide to close on 12 month lows 70% ish of shares not in public hands. Company expects products to disrupt current markets and in negotiations with commercial partners. Now a good time to BUY. Woodford happy to BUY at 10p and he is close to whats going on. Great opportunity i think.

someone smart bought a big old chunk of these today, at these levels it a screaming BUY imo. Wonder if Neil Woodford adding ?? Should see some really good news flow pushing this up soon.

Brokers fair value sp, see prev RNS. Neil Woodford has a big holding here as does Invesco. Looks like sp drifted down on sale of warrants, may well see it back above 20p soon. This looks a great entry price.

News from QPP. I will need to have a think about the impact it may have here I guess. I thought there may be some write downs over at Qpp but nothing more than that. Very surprised !
