Whilst there's a scarcity os shares and BIG buying supporting the sp this is low risk but potentially high reward Imo.

10% threshold could be passed tommorow but they have a few days to notify the market that they have passed it. Maybe rns wed or thurs ? The sp has rose quite a bit already and QPE are only one third of their way to 29.99% which is a natural stop as aftet that they have to make an offer for all other shares as part of the takeover code, which may be the ultimate goal here.

I see this as the main play to build into a major technology company, that is what RT enjoys doing having done it twice already with Dan giving corporate support advice and assistance to both IMTK and future / current clients. That is the same way he went about building QPP so is the way he is comfortable following. Dan now refunded and he holds a good stake, but all his technology ambitions surely would have a natural fit here ? They have tweeted a short term target of 20p, given the major share buying programme they are embarked upon, the open letter due soon, and the scarcity of shares you can see why this is a short term target imo.

From a couple of days ago. QPE should by end of today be holding over 9% of both $DAN.L and $IMTK.L with no restriction up to 29.9% on $IMTK.L we shall continue to buy

If RT does have big plans to grow IMTK then current mcap looks titchy. QPE have said they have a short term sp target here of 20p. If there continues to be heavy buying ( they have tweeted that they are still loading up here) then due to the scarcity of shares the sp could soon move towards the target. I don't think RT is writing their board an open letter in Aug of some of his plans and taking holding to 29.99% without big plans here and he has Daniel Stewart on hand for corporate help and guidance. Exciting times.

RT is an entrepreneur and has proven that he can build significant businesses from scratch. He looks to be on the trail of building a new technology focused business with a particular focus on digital disruption. To this end he currently seems focused on two companies: Daniel Stewart, the investment bank offering corporate advisory, institutional stockbroking and wealth management services. Imaginatik the world's first full service innovation provider offering a range of consultancy and technology products and which already works with a number of blue chip companies. RTs previous companies have been technology focused which may suggest he wants Daniel Stewart as a safe pair of hands to offer financial and corporate assistance as needed to clients (could offer blue chips disruptive ideas and also funding advice and assistance to impement such) and also to grow IMTK into a much bigger technology company as he did with QPP. He may even look to BUY parts of Q or poach staff with the knowledge to set up equivalent businesses. He will have big ideas on the technology front and can have DAN at hand for corporate guidance and help. Open letter to IMTK coming from RT in August with some of his ideas, and possible takeover once 29.99% reached. Only circa 10% of shares not in the hands of major holders if QPE reach 29.99%, what effect might that have on current sp.......... Going to be very interesting here imo.

Sometimes better to look at mcap than sp. Presently £6 million is quite small. If RT provides opportunities for important contracts for maybe a place on the board, whilst at QPP he negotiated hundreds of millions of contracts so has the contacts and the ability to really build the business up. That would lead to a big rerate and £40 to £50 million mcap is often more a recognition of potential than actual current profits. That would mean a sp well beyond 20p. Whether there was a sell off at 20p would depend on the opportunities presented and if a full takeover was imminent. PI's selling some of their 10% would be a tiny ripple, major holders would be looking where the sp might be years from then, they may happily snatch shares from any small sellers. Gla.

If you bought Q shares way back at 40p that would not be in profit now I am afraid. There was a consolidation inbetween. If you had bought really early days However at 3p and sold at 44p you would have made huge profits. Early mover advantage is what looks to be on offer here currently Imo.

I cannot see any of them gaining from selling as as Quob Park increase towards the tweeted 29.99% and also pi's and other holders increase for what could be a takeover tilt you don't have to be a genius to work out the potential positive sp impact. MMs are there to make a market so have to supply shares and given the scarcity will IMO increase the sp to tempt selling to meet demand. This could take off in an interesting way !

That means the squeeze on shares here will be much greater than i thought, no wonder they seem confident of 20p in the short term. RT is an entrepreneur and despite any other weaknesses he does know how to build a significant business from scratch as he has done twice already. Third time lucky ? Both other businesses could have been very successful long term if maybe the pace of growth had been managed who knows but out of QPP emerged a significant legal business which was recently purchased by Slater and Gordon for circa £600 million and telematics is being progressed as this type of technology grows in insurance markets, as Brother notes below they already have a number of important Contracts in Canada and have the Connected Car business. All of this RT built from scratch, and had he had more time would have developed further imo.

I add the current list of shares held below to 45.99% with Quob Park Estate and RT still active BUYers, maybe already close to 10%. If you change Quob Park Estates holding upto 29.99% which they have mentioned in tweets then the shares held by significant shareholders rises to 67%. Given there are only 84.7 million shares to start with that leaves upto only 28 million shares for everyone else, less when you deduct significant other holdings that have not made the list above, maybe less than 20 million. Given the sp is hovering round 8p and Quob Park have a short term target of 20p and there could be a potential takeover following RT letter / meeting in August as to plans for tue company he thinks could help everyone.... Directors here hold large quants of shares so would greatly benefit from a takeover at a much higher sp.

I agee, they would definitely want to stay as new ideas, and a push to expand will present a lot of new and exciting opportunities. This will be a time of expansion which will see their ideas moved up in scale imo.

@sageevan28 Yes we have purchased quite a few more shares today He also says whether 10% passed today depends on how more DS buys for them today. They noted the other day that there are no restrictions to them buying upto 29.99% and will keep buying. He also notes that direct purchases have been made ax well as those via DS. They plan to keep buying by the sound of things.
