It’s clear we are slowly moving to this necessary state of affairs even in U.K. It’s going to be something we will all eventually participate in as part of the new normal created. Having been vaccinated the pathetic cardboard square with my vaccine details on is clearly insufficient having even to write on my own name afterwards - open to fraud and abuse and selling on imho! Blockchain secure ledger technology has got to be the way forward here. This is 2021 not 1941 - CTEA have a ready to go vaccine passport secure blockchain system that can be implemented easily via choice and then out of learned normality i.e. will make people’s lives easier re businesses, travel, leisure, jobs etc - we will learn it’s here to help not hinder public. And that’s just in this country other nations much more gung ho about things like this will be eager imho to get their citizens onboard.
Extremely interesting period we are in now and I can see a substantial multi bagger on the horizon here even with a sniff of a contract! Let’s face it we are in bargain territory right now.

MyDogs - erm we have gone to 28p plus on hyped up sentiment and constant FOMO of a massive FSP- We had those original assets back when we were 1p lol. Now plan looks like JV route and not FSP route then those dreams of mega sums are falling away.
Compare major players expected ramped FSP offer numbers to the apparent initial entry offer we’ve made for the new assets - we paid $0.5 million peanuts for a 75% slice so WHY would any takeover FSP offers be mega bucks. You don’t think major players would’ve looked these assets over and been taken seriously by RG? This board has spent a year ramping up people’s expectations and only those who have had to sit on this with their money tied in for a year have benefited if they sold/sell. If you’re not in already then it’s unlikely any further rise past where we sit now will be sustained in the near term. FOMO and ramping have over egged value to this point. Oh and shall we add in the fairly recent Director sell...and subsequent massive drop - this share runs on sentiment. Newbies will be abused by LTH’s selling into the drummed up rise and their entry ticket price will be far too high to profit.

Some on here making silly wild predictions and screaming FSP coming - whilst info released tells a different story. People being whipped up into a frenzy to encourage buying Monday is shameful. Stop misleading people - there’s clearly not going to be a FSP RNS Monday if indeed at all BECAUSE of this. LTHs glossing over further delay in decision on any strategic options and why the possible heavyweight people who apparently may want to buy us out didn’t have access to this new ‘incredible’ deal? What RNS does tell us is we’ve spent money and time on this and all those spouting silly simple sums equations of 104moz to price minerals in market are fantasists. It doesn’t work like that. We don’t own it we have a 75% JV and haven’t yet paid whole amount for privilege. 8.3 million spent on this so far and earn outs on top to factor in. From this personally I deduce the strategic options will be further JVs not FSP which is going to be nowhere near people’s expectations.
People ramping will be selling into the rise whilst they’re encouraging people to buy.

Either people are thick and can’t read or understand this or are deliberately being obtuse and allowing those who don’t understand the content of the RNS to believe this is going to massively effect things. It’s misleading ramping like this which the uninitiated latch on to. This is a sideshow but which in normal circumstances would be a huge feather in their cap but if there’s any effect it actually makes the hopes of a FSA extremely less likely. Honestly some on here need to have a word with themselves and less silly ship themed chit chat. EUA have strung this out and those who got in at the beginning at 2p & stayed the course are the only ones who’ve made any money here. I think we’re fooling ourselves if we think there’s more now in the SP tank than really where we are now on any eventual (months away imho) binding agreement for any possible

Mannameas - we have digested it and those of us who understand it know that it’s the opposite - a year nearly of waiting and in that time people have got carried away. If we weren’t in the middle of a supposed pathway to a possible binding offer then this may be encouraging albeit funds thirsty venture however most pis arrived wanting/thinking/hoping for a big numbers FSA - clearly to me that is not on the table anymore. Most aren’t here for a paltry dividend payment and the numbers some are throwing around are plain silly. The value is revealed in how cheaply we can JV with RG yet you expect mega sums others will pay.
Sentiment is one thing and jolly posts but reality will kick in soon.

I think we may be now translating ‘strategic options’ into a paltry JV and if anyway near values of what we are paying re RNS then shareholders will be mightily disappointed imho. Mightily. I feel the phrase ‘damp squib’ comes to mind. No FSA agreement imho going to go forward now and even if it did - look at the comparable maths. I think a lot of people have got carried away inc me!

Tiger - ok I’m glad it’s not just me - I read it twice and thought hold on am I going mad - this to me is not good news under the current situation of expectation of FSA for shareholders. It doesn’t make any sense now to do a FSA and we’ve stumped up more money in the process - FSA highly unlikely now imho and yes disclosure of value ‘unveiled’ essentially is pretty poor on all our expectations.

Exactly The Roller -I wanted a FSA not a JV not anyway half as lucrative imho for all shareholders so basically this has disclosed in a round about way that the FSA option pathway may not be the one we are going down. So to me highly disappointed!
Also why put this out so late on Friday- surely they could’ve got this out sooner like in the actual trading day.

If EUA weren’t under Takeover Code in the middle of proceeding to binding agreement on offers to buy us on a possible FSA then yes I’d say marvellous however doesn’t this somewhat put a stop to thoughts of a FSA if we are acquiring - how can due diligence be done on this - I may have got this skewed but that’s what it shouts to me! So I’m confused as thought we were on edge of a binding offer for all that we have?
