RE: How are we FUNDING this acquisition ?19 Mar 2021 12:32
Blue - that would mean huge dilution before we’ve even made a penny then on the near horizon - not good for the SP now would it - it’d nosedive before we had a sniff of reaching sensible money here. I love the way AZ has never given an explanation as to why he hasn’t been able to wrap up SH. read the past RNS ‘s always designed to make you think it’’s just going to done, weeks, days and yet 6 months and whistle all to show for it. Why was it not wrapped up during suspension? Nothing to stop it being done -what is the hurdle here? He never gives an explanation or details.
From 10th Sept RNS
‘Meanwhile SYME is keen to complete the signing of binding contracts with regard to the Client companies forming part of the securitisation portfolio by the end of September.’
From 28 sept RNS
‘The first portfolio Inventory Monetisation is expected to have a value of approximately €300m and to complete by the end of October 2020‘
30th Oct RNS
‘Final negotiations, operating and regulatory tasks are proceeding well. The objective is to complete the first transaction in the coming weeks together with a scalable funding agreement that enables the Investor to increase its investment and monetise additional Client Companies that are in the pipeline‘
From 30th Nov RNS
‘Upon completion, expected before the Year-end, the Company will disclose the detail of the securitisation transaction and Inventory funding partner.‘
From 31st Dec RNS
‘Early in the New Year, the eligible Client Companies will receive a formal, confidential communication from SYME disclosing the identity of the Inventory Funder and the time-table to execute their individual inventory monetisation transactions. Shortly thereafter, the Company intends to disclose to the market the identity of the Inventory Funder, the key features of the Inventory Monetisation programme and the targeted positive revenue impact for SYME.
The Company expects to make these disclosures within the next month once the Inventory Funder confirms its release from the non-disclosure agreement or as required by market disclosure regulations‘
Jan, Feb nothing and now before 31st March - that’s a lot of can kicking as we were supposed to be originally issuing the next phase by 31st March and who is the Funder?
Some perspective here - what’s to say he hasn’t managed to wrap this up by end of March... then April etc etc so pardon me if I’m not happy he’s acquiring companies when the pivotal proof maker securitisation is not advancing STILL!
